Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replacing or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 l lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge: In cement mortar.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: (13.30.2 ) With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc.with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement- All work upto plinth level: 5.1.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening,cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. 5.19.4 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and skirting courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 5.2.2 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies,shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills,staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. 5.20.4 Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc.and removal of form work for: 5.8.1.1 Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete with timber plank

5.8.5.2 Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers with wooden plank

5.8.6.2Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts with wooden plank

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 fine sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. all completeetc as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete: (6.1.2 ) In cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ).

First class brick working superstructure aboveplinth level & upto floor-five level including cost of all materials as required complete:In cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand ).

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers fillled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of aproved paint on overlappping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the coast of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. (11.1.2) 0.63 mm thick wih zinc coating no less than 275 gms/m2

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. (11.4.2) 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m2

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. (9.12 .1) Hot finished welded type tubes

12 mm cement plaster of mix (12.1.2) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Neat cement punning.

Finishing walls wih water proofing cement paint of required shade of appproved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.39.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] On steel work
