Dismantling old plaster or pointing, raking out joints, cleaning and preparing the surface for replacing or re-pointing including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-incharge.
Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material with all lifts and upto 50 l lead etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)
Demolishing brick work including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with all lifts and upto a lead of 50m etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge: In cement mortar.
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge: (13.30.2 ) With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).
Dismantling GS sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys, gutters wind ties etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately with all lifts and upto a lead of 50 m etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer- in-charge.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drain (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.
Supplying and filling in plinth, under floor, foundations etc.with sand (fine) from local quarry with all lifts including spreading in horizontal layers, watering, grading to required slope, ramming, consolidating and compacting each layer by using plate compactor or by any suitable method complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 12 mm cement plaster of mix (12.1.2) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)
Neat cement punning.
Finishing walls wih water proofing cement paint of required shade of appproved brand and manufacture on old work (one or more coats) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and or required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.39.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)
Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.
Finishing with Epoxy paint ( two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specification including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface etc. complete [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] On steel work
