(The item includes steel rod 12mm dia 2200mm long 04Nos.,10mm dia 2200mm long 04 Nos., 8mm dia ring 11 Nos. with PCC, RCC etc. as reqd. as per the direction of Engg Incharge).

Supplying & erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV overhead lines complete with 19/20mm. dia x 1.8mts. long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45cm. x 45cm. x 7.5mm. thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm. x 600 mm.), 7/4.00 mm. dia G.I. stay wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc. in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone, aggregate 40mm. nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as reqd.

Supplying of G.I. channel iron 100mm x 50 mm x 6 mm (9.2kg./mt.) 1.2 mtr. long. cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors. complete with 50 mm x 6mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Erection of angle iron/channel iron cross arm on wood/RCC/PCC/steel tubular/rail pole etc. as reqd.

Supplying of two lengths of G.I. channel iron 100 mm x 50 mm x 6mm (9.2 kg./mt.) double pole cross arm of 2.8mtr. long for three wire 11 KV overhead line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm G.I. flats welded on one side of channel iron with bolts & nots on the other side for tying the cross arms together including drilling holes for insulator pins / fittings, bolts, nuts & washers etc. and painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Erection of double pole 3-wire cross arm for 11 KV / 22KV / 33KV O/H lines as required.

Supplying & erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11KV O/H line double pole structure fabricated out of two horizontal members of 75 mm x 40 mm x 6mm G.I. channel iron (6.8kg/mtr.) of 2.8mtr. each and two cross members of 50 mm. x 50mm. x 6 mm angle iron (4.5kg/mtr.) of 4.0mtr. each to form a rectangle of minimum size 2500mm. width x 2800mm. height complete with 50 mm x 6 mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts & nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolt and nuts etc. & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 11KV Double Disc insulator (B&S) 90KN Polymer type for 11KV O/H line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball & socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of 11KV Pin insulator Polymer type complete with large steel head G.I. pins, nuts, washers etc. as reqd.

Supplying of 100 sq. mm. stranded AAA conductor confirming to IS standard.

Erection of all aluminium conductor of 7/3.40 mm to 7/4.00 mm dia. and above including binding etc. as reqd.

Supplying & erection of earthing of support (Coil type) including G.I. nuts, bolts etc. as reqd.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.0mtr. long 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal / coke and salt as reqd.

Providing and fixing 50mm x 6 mm G.l. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying & laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode including connection / terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as reqd. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut, bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm.).

Supplying of 11 KV grade Isolator without earth switch with PI Polymer type.

Supplying & making of 2 x 2.8mtr. long GOAB Switch mounting channel and 1 x 1.5mtr. long Handle fixing channel of 75mm x 40mm x 6mm G.I. Channel Iron (6.8kg/mtr) complete with bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Supplying & making of 2 x 1.5mtr. long Cantilever channel of 100mm x 50mm x 6mm G.I. Channel Iron (9.2kg/mtr) for supporting GOAB Switch Arm complete with 2 x 1.5mtr. long 50mm x 50mm x 6mm G.I. angle iron, bolts, nuts, drilling holes & painting with primer and finish paint as reqd.

Fixing & aligning of GOAB Switch Set & its platform on overhead structure(s) including testing for its proper operation.

Providing & fixing HT danger notice plate of 250mm x 200mm, made of mild steel, at least 2mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both sides and with inscription in single red colour on front as reqd.

Providing & fixing of anticlimbing device with G.I. barbed wire of 2.5mm line & 2.24mm point wire with binding & connections as reqd.
