Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V ,3 phase system having capacity 7.50 HP,Discharge 18 LPS,Head 18 mtr suction/ delivery as per exsting at site, complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Old Monoblock pump set should be deposited to MES Store yard.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of Centrifugal pumpset, Suction/delivery as per existing, discharge capacity 4600 LPM, 120 meter Head, Mechanical seal arrangement including 3 Phase energy efficient squirrel cage induction motor as prime mover, 415 V, S1 duty rating, energy effecient level - IE 3, in terms of IEC 60034-30:2008 & IS 12615:2011 (With subsequent amendments(insulation class F, fixed to pump through jaw type coupling with pump, having impeller of phosphorous bronze and shaft of carbon steel complete, including PCC foundation, base frame as recommended by manufacturer complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old Centrifugal pump set should be deposited to MES Store yard.

Supply, testing, installation & commissioning of submersible pump set suitable for 200 /250mm dia bore well (casing pipe size 200/250mm) three phase in replacement of capacity 12.5 HP, discharge 500 Ltr/minute and head 55 Mtr, Electric driven suitable for opreation AC 415 Volts, 50 Hz, suction/ delivery as per existing at site, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Old Submersible pump set should be deposited to MES Store yard.

S&F in replacement of reciprocating pump chemical feeder for injecting calcium hypochlorite employing motor-driven reciprocating chemical pump having output of 2 U.S GPD to 40 U.S GPD and adjustable high pressure upto 100 PSI. complete. Note:- Old reciprocating pump set should be deposited to MES Store yard.

S&F in replacement of electrically operated chlorine dosing tank (Altoch) consisting of dosing system with Non-metallic preparation cum settling solution tank of 100 litres capacity, PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP Lid & Level Gauge along with single phase electric motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throughout the tank with shaft & blade in plastic - mounted on tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water when necessary. Lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on the lid/wall, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old dosing pump should be deposited to MES Store yard.

S&F in replacement of DOL starter suitable for 5 HP pump motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of CPVC pipes (heavy duty) of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 CPVC SDR 11 complete with fittings & fixtures fixed on walls/ceiling or floors of size 16 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of NRV of PVC body of size 15mm dia suitable for chlorine pipe line completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of NRV brass type of size 15mm dia suitable for chlorine pipe line completed all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved, in foundation of equipment, platform, ramp, staging, valve pits etc. using cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L Providing cement concrete PCC (1:2:4) type C1 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate of 40mm thick and cleay in roof kerbs, cutting tree, roots etc before laying of PCC, rounded or chamfered on edges as in foundation/ mass concrete etc including necessary form work etc and making good surfaces as reqd and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable / rusted GI water tubing from (walls, ceilings, floors, trenches etc.) and connection all as directed of the following sizes:-

S&F in replacement, lay, test and commissioing in replacement of LT cable XLPE insulated multi stranded armoured heavy duty cable with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts grade, in trenches/duct/ on walls/on poles etc incl. necessary Glands of suitable size and Aluminium Lugs for fixing the cables all as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for taking/laying of DI/CI/GI/MS pipe and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned (consolidated) thickness of sand will be measured and paid.

Supply and laying , un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover ,class LV,Type I,flat,size 250mmX150mmX40mm with breaking load capacity 200 KG.

Returning filling in same earth in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25cm thick any type of soil after the pipe laid all as directed.

Removing of excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed.
