Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation ,drains, pipes ,cables etc.(Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width ) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan ,depth up to 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in:

Ordinary rock 20%

Random rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1Cement :6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) incl cost of stone and all carriage complete.

Cast in situ plum concrete work of nominal mix concrete M-10 grade (total mass of dry nallah aggregate 480kg(max excluding plums) and water 34Kg (max) per 50kg of cement) nominal max size of stone aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum aggregate 20mm, volumetric batching using plum (size over 160mm, split nallah stone or quarry stone) @20% of gross volume upto plinth level excluding cost of form work and including curing and all carriage complete..

Providng and laying damp proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriage complete.

Centring and shuttering including strutting propping etc,and removal of form work for Walls (any thickness) incld. attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth & string courses etc. incl. form work for suspended floor Foundations etc, Complete job

Provision for supply of Irrigation water to the fields during execuation of work by way of providing and laying temporary pipes as per site requirement and as per the direction of site engineer.
