Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster from brick walls, concrete walls, foundations etc at all levels including disposal of rubbish,debries to the dumping yard with all lead & lift etc. complete as per the specifications & as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make) modified Cement mortar of average 20mm thickness in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 graded coarse sand with polymer minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Note: Measurement and payment: The pre-measurement of thickness shall be done just after the surface preparation is completed and Payment under this item shall be made only after proper wet curing has been done and surface has been satisfactorily evaluated by sounding / tapping with a blunt metal instrument and/or the 75mm size cube crushing strength at the end of 28 days to be not less than 30 N/sqmm2).

Providing & applying two or more coats of solvent free epoxy paint of HUNTSMAN/CICO or equivalent consisting of Araldite and hardener in suaitable proportions as recommended by manufacturer's on existing concrete/Plaster surface to achive a dry film thickness of 450 to 500 micron, over a coat of epoxy primer to protect concrete/Plaster surface from various acids, alkalies, sodium sulphate solid as well as liquid solution including preparing the surface by scrubbing with wire brushes/grinder,making the surface smooth including cost of materials, labour, power tools & tackles etc. complete as per manufacturers recommendations, as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower, machinary for Filling the cracks with non shrink, cementitious crack sealer compound RENDEROC CS/Rendroc CF /DECOFIL of FOSROC or equivalant approved by the Engineer In Charge with recommended primer as per manufacuters specifications by cutting grooves of maximum 10mmx10mm or as directed by EIC in floor and wall with power tools, cleaning with compressed air and washed with high pressure water in order to remove all loose & deleterious matter, dust etc., including surface preparation, joint preparation, finishing the joints by removing air pockets, cleaning the joint immediately with cleaning solvents with all necessary arrangements as required etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing all tools, tackles, material, manpower & machinary for Surface dressing of the ground for all type of soil & ordinary rocks including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbishwith all lead & lift etc. all complete as per the specification and as directed by EIC

PCC Grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Using approved size of graded stone aggregate and including compaction, curing and cost of form work, for PCC work at all level as specified and as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer in charge.
