Material & Labour for repair of Disc type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator single disc assembly including galvanized mild steel spindle,Two galvanazed iron washer and one galvanazed nut,100 mm height , 65mm dia 11000 Volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for repair of end termination heat shrinkable Indoor type kit complete with jointing material and accessories for HT 11 KV 95 to 120 Sqmm 3 core cable including testing. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for repair for making straight through heat shrinkable joint for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 95 Sqmm 3 Core complete including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & Labour for repair for making straight through heat shrinkable joint for HT 11 KV XLPE cable 120 Sqmm 3 Core complete including testing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and complete over hauling of HT RMU/VCB’s including disassembling of operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories like spring, gasket, coils, nuts, bolts and washers etc, oiling and greasing of moving parts, re-assembling, fine setting of mechanism, well cleaning and de-carbonizing of arc control pot, fixed and moving contact, testing of Gas Pressure including checking testing, tripping check of HT RMU VCB’s making perfect operational in manual and electric mode including maintenance and cleaning the complete panel board bus bar, de-carbonizing all joints, bus bar CT’s metal parts, replacing unserviceable parts and components etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts for VCB/RMU will be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for maintenance and overhauling of ACB up to 1600 Amps capacity including de-assembly all operating mechanism parts, well cleaning with petrol CRC 226, replacing unserviceable parts and accessories, oiling/ greasing of moving parts, cleaning of all pole partition hylem sheet, isolating contacts, re-assembly, fine setting of mechanism and pole assembly and making ACB perfect operational including well cleaning the complete panel bus bars chamber, insulator, partition etc and checking of insulation resistance of ACB and main bus bar complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Spare parts for ACB to be measured and paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CT 11 KV epoxy type ratio 60/30/5+5 Amps accuracy Class-I single pole ( Three core type) fixing on existing 11 KV panel including necessary connections, any modification required, addition/alteration required for fixing CT in existing 11 KV panel complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs analog meter with multifunction meters with 3 lines LCD display of voltage, current and frequency and power factor size 96x96 sqm flush mounted case accuracy class I.

Material and Labour for painting of HT switches complete with synthetic enamel paint two coats by spray painting approved colour after cleaning of surface/rusted portion including sign writing i.e. MES/SM No Make/ Capacity etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Maintenance of LT Panel board by taking shut down, removing of carbon particles, rubbing of heated portion of bus bar and cleaning complete by means of CRC-226/Petrol tightening of all joints in bus bar, checking of earth and neutral voltage and make a record, replacement of u/s nuts/bolts/washers including replacement of corroded glands, lugs/ thimbles and tightening them properly including Painting of external surface after rubbing scrapping waste diposited material, appliying primer , with two coat of enamel paint of approved shade all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (Spares required will be measured and paid separately)

Equipment & labour for filtration of transformer oil as in topping up by filtartion plant to remove moistrure and carbon contentents to achive dielectric strength of oil up to 50KV in 4mm gap and producing test result on recordes before and after filtartion and including Disconnecting the HT and LT cables and cleaning the bus bar surfaces and reconnecting the cables by providing copper washers, bolts, nuts etc all as dirctected by Engineer in Charge Note - Oil required for topping up while for filtaration will issued under respective item of Sch A .

Supply only transformer oil to be incorporated in item above IS -335 and all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for taking out unserviceable LV bushings and replacing LV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 1000 KVA.

Material & Labour for taking out unserviceable HV 11 KV bushings and replacing HV 11 KV Bushings with copper/brass stud complete with rubber gasket, brass bolts, brass nuts all for 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating upto 1000 KVA.

Supply & Fix in repairs Silica Gel Breather with silica gel for 11 KV Transformer of Rating from 160 KVA to 250 KVA

Material & Labour for taking down/opening top cover of 11KV/0.433 KV transformer of rating up to 1000 KVA replacing top cover gasket and refixing the top cover & testing complete.

Material & Labour for cutting into the existing road/hard standing surfaces to a depth of 60cm and 50cm wide and getting out for laying under ground cable including returning filling in, watering, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in any type of soil and filling the top surface 15cm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finished even and fair without using extra cement including disposal of surplus soil all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Material & Labour for applying two coat of aluminium paint on steel tubular pole 9/11 m long, including preparation old surfaces, filling cavities and lettering the Pole no in figures, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for provn of Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in Soft/Loose Soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading in trenches fine dry crushed stone sand for cable protection and punning down gently by hand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay cable cover for LT Cable Class LV,type 1 , flat size 250mmx150mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fixing in repairs and testing XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable screened pvc bedded with aluminium conductor 1100 v grade laid in unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed for for following sizes :-

Material and labour for providing of Drainage for AC Water in such a manner to accommodate water at specified place / drain system including necessary fixing arrangement like saddles,skylever,clamps, holdfast with PVC fittings, bend ,elbow ,sockets, PVC insulation tape for prevent leakage of draining water. The cost of all pipe will be paid and measure separately under the relevent items of Schedule.
