Supply, install, testing and commissioning of HT 11KV, 3ph, 50Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switch gear, floor mounted, complete with Vacuum circuit breaker having rupturing capacity minimum 250MVA, Insulation Level-12KV/28KV/75KVP, SC rating- 31.5 KA for 1 sec, IEC Ref-62271-200 or latest updated, overload and earth fault protection, ampmeter, voltmeter and of current rating not less than 400 amps including necessary connection with existing cables including following detail specifications : (a) The set of panel shall consist of two (02) incomer, one bus copler with bus riser and ten (10) outgoing feeder = Total 13 VCB (b) Digital numerical relays for earth fault, over current protection, Model- Micom P-127 for normal load and Micom P-225 for motor load or equivelent model of ABB/Siemens (c) High speed trip relays (d) Trip anunciator (e) Closing Coil, Trip coils of 110V, DC (f) VCB will be horizontal break and horizontal draw out type
(g) Spring charging motor of 230V, AC (h) VCB panel shall be suitable for local/remote control (j) The panel shall be provided with standard LED indicators as specified by OEM. (k) Incoming two panel only shall have 3ph incoming LED indicator, Trip annunciator, Hooter, PT. (l) CT/PT will be cast rasin dry type (m) CT ratio- for 02 Nos incoming feeder - 600/300/5-5A, for 06 Nos outgoing feeder - 200/100/5-5A and for 04 Nos outgoing feeder - 100/50/5-5A and SC current rating min 31.5 KA for use of metering and protection, minimum 15 VA burden (n) Auxiliary relay for transformer protection having Buch alarm, Oil Temp alarm & Wdg Temp alarm for transformer feeder only (o) Relay setting after commissioning of VCB according to load/fault condition with secondary injection Note :- Old unserviceable VCB panels to be deposited with MES Scrap Yard.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soil complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.
Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 type (using 40 mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, laying and connecting up in trenches or in duct or passing through pipe XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, overall PVC sheathed electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (Earthed) cross sectional area 240 sq. mm 3 core including dismantling / taking down unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jiointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Al conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fix Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and lay new GI pipe of size 100 mm bore light grade for cable protection in road crossing complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchess technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed.
M/L for cable route indicator, marked as HT 11KV cable, made with RCC post of size 100mm x 100mm x 1000mm long, burried above cable trench upto 500mm depth during refilling work and fixed at interval of 100 mtr
