M&L for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 18-20mm thick in steps, jambs, vertical surfaces and on top of platforms and like in 15 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding the edges of the granite complete all as specified and directed.

Lifting and placing carefully propeller/ anchor of approx weight 500 kg and placing careully on prepared base. Note: The propeller / Anchor has to be lifted from within NHO premisesby lifting cranes of suitable capacity and to be placed on prepared base at different locations within NHO.

Demolition of cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thick (above or below GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
