Solid block masonry using pre cast solid blocks ( Factory made) of size 30x20x20cm or nearest available size confirming to IS 2185 Part I of 1979 for super structure up to floor two level thickness 20cm and above in: CM 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand).All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs, having slope up to 150 landings,balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases up to floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, with1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5 coarse sand (Zone III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, etc. and removal of form for:Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers.

Steel work in built up tubular -round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.-(minimum thickness2 mm) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes. All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work, painting over the existing structure after preparing the surface by using wirebrush or emery paper,all works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc. up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Re-fixing departmental Galvalume sheets removed for fixing the valley gutter.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling screws with corrosion resistant (SDS of brand Patta) of size (5.5 x 55mm) with EPDM seal excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing and fixing Polycarbonate sheet (2 mm thick). Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 micrones minimum to avoid scartches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in charge.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required etc complete

Providing plain aluminium sheet of 0.5mm thick to prevent rain water entry through the gap between gable wall and sheet fixed with seam bolts and nuts 6 mm dia and 25mm long and G I plain washers complete.All works including cost and conveyance of all materials,labour charges, scaffolding etc. complete as required.

Providing valley gutters in required shape and size with plane GI sheet of 2mm thickness supported with clamps of 35x35x4mm angles @ 1.2m spacing, polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limper, bitumen washers, and should be welded inside and outside ,providing primer and painting etc. complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

12 mm cement plaster of mix:1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand) including cost of all materials, conveyance, labour charge, scaffolding etc complete as required.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on speciallydesigned pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters0.80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick to cover

Vacuum de-water flooring(VDF) by fixing channels, doing the vacuum dewatering over the placed concrete, power floating the compacted base flooring incorporating non-metallic floor hardner FH 20 or equivalent @ 3kg/sqm, cutting the concrete in panels of size 4m x 3m intervals by groove cutting the panels in 5mm width x 10 mm deep after 3 to 4 days of water curing, filling this gap with polysulphide sealant or any suitable flexible materials after 7 to 10 days of curing with all materials, tools, machines etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge
