Providing, laying and rolling of close-graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type-A) aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen ( VG - 30) to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/hour., laying and rolling with a Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using crushed stone chipping of 6.7 mm size and bitumen (VG-30) @ 9.8 kg per 10 sqm

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion( RS) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 - 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Maintenance of Earthen Shoulder (filling with fresh soil) Making up loss of material/ irregularities on shoulder to the design level by adding fresh approved soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment.

Applying crusher dust to areas of road where bleeding of excess bitumen has occurred Dusting

Providing bitumen leveling coarse between 40mm and 150mm with 36mm deptl metal by spreading the metal to line and levels and rolling until the compacted coarse aggregate has a firm surface and applying hot bitumen with pressure sprayer at the rate of 20 Kg per M3 metal including all cost of bitumen conveyance heating mixing spreading in appropriate locations to proper levels compacting with power roler and other sundry stores.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth upto 30 cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in over areas ( exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.50m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement four coarse sand eight graded stone aggregate) using 40mm hard granite broken stone including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work after curing for foundations, footings, base of columns, etc. for mass concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, and binding using thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) bars with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Filling quarry muck in layers consolidating and ramming including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Laterite masonry in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement six sand) with existing size laterite stones including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete upto plinth level.

Plastering with C.M. 1:4 (one cement four sand), 12mm thick for walls inside and outside with necessary scaffolding and thread lines, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 200mm (8") PVC pipe (6Kg/cm2) and all special best aproved quality including jointing of pipes and fittings with nessecery solvent cement, trenching, refilling and testing of joints etc.. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
