M&L for false ceiling at heights of 600mm x600mm x16mm minral fiber ceoling tiles of type classic lite RH-99 fine texture of armstrong/ E-board 6mm thick or equivalent in 'Saint govind' laid on exposed grid systems. Supply and fix, ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and heigh density plastic ball, ISI marked screwed & suitable for iron pipe 15 mm dia bore and minimum weight 210 gms as in repair , complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer in roofs pointed in cement mortar stacking serviceable tiles to re-use and removal off rubbish out side MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing bitumen felt roof treatment including cement mortar bedding and cleaning the surface, and removal out side the MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening of surfaces of old concrete slab by wiring brushing sweeping, cleaning and washing down to removal all loose dust etc. brushing neat neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on roof surfaces, complete all as specified.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0(using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in roof kerb,benching and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster on roof or wall surfafes in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction @ 3% by weight of of cement on concrete surfaces,finished even and fair without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove all loose dust etc. and preparing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) A layer of 3mm thick APP polymer mambrane of weight not less than3.67Kg/ Sqm, reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 160 Gms/Sqm) duly sealed at over laps(100mm side lap and 150mm end over lap) and joint with LPG flame by torch aplication) all as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl no. 24 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces, over primer @ of 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar screed bedding in cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on tiles are bedded in cement mortar (1:6) or lime mortar (1:3), 15mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-27 here-in-before but retrived from dismantling.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick walls 75mm wide and 65mm deep for inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3), removal the rubbish off the permises upto a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directd.

Preparation of old surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc. rubbing down and stoping of surfaces using sand paper and applying two coat of oil bond destemper complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc.laid over 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match in wall tiles, skirting etc, including 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar(1:4),complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the rubbish out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate), as on paving /flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (reinforced) any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the rubbish out side MoD land, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4)type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates, as in padding concrete to sunken floor. Coving /gola to junction of the floor and virtical walls including chamfering on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc, including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories.

S&F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipes double socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with suitable size of mild steel clamp and screw, including making good mouth of rain water pipe in cement mortar 1:3 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed.
