Construction of Up graded higher secondary school at R.K.P. Raghunath Govt. High school building Karlaghati under Subdega in the district of sundargarh for the year 2023-24

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods etc. complete. including dressing and levelling the bed not exceeding 1.50m depth and Depositing the Soil within initial lead of 50m & as per specification approved by the Department.

Providing filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed with all leads and lifts including cost , conveyance, royality of materials labour . T & P etc. complete as per direction of Er. In Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality and approved quarry in foundation including hoisting laying concrete with cost conveyance of materials including watering, curing, royality all T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Er. in charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) with 12mm (1/2") size hard granite crusher broken chips including watering curing, cost, conveyance, royalties and all taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary in cement mortar ( 1:6 )using K.B.Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength between 100 Kg/Cm2 to 149 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in foundation plinth & basement and for ornamental flower beds plinth moulding and similar such type of works with all necessary projections flooring moulding corbelling, champhering watering and curing etc.including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labouir with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash.Brick masonary in cement mortar ( 1:6 )using K.B.Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength between 100 Kg/Cm2 to 149 Kg/Cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure with all necessary projections flooring moulding corbelling, champhering watering and curing etc.including cost,conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labouir with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Reinforcement cement concrete (1:1½:3) mix with nominal size stone aggregate in foundation upto a depth of 1.5m below ground level & upto bed level including cost & conveyance of all materials to site & all labour charges complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
