Taking down carefully any type of point wiring (light, fan, bell, socket or power), complete excluding fittings but including switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling, floors etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLSH copper conductor in and including PVC conduit with cable 1.5 Sqmm size 1100 volts grade conforming to IS:694 and terminate to flush box of required size suitable mounting modular switches and sockets/ sunk type pressed steel terminal box made out of galvanised iron sheet thickness not less than 1mm and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers including single core multi stranded FRLS copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated cable as earth wire connected to earth and common earth dolly drawn in same concealed conduit for one light/fan/wall fan/exhaust fan/bell point controlled by one No, one way 5/6/10 Amp switch complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cutting chases for concealed type point wiring including making good the same with plaster/putty and Modular boxes with cover plate/ sunk type pressed steel terminal box made out of galvanised iron sheet thickness not less than 1mm and 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top covers will be deemed to be included in quoted rate.
