Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Compact 33 KV, 630 Amps, 25kA/1-sec, Indoor installation type SF6 gas insulated Copper busbar Ring Main Unit as per the direction & to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and comprising of following: INCOMER: 02 nos. Incoming Load Break Switch Motorized 630A Load Break switch with a two-position Load Break puffer switch using SF-6 gas as arc quenching medium with suitably interlocked Earthing Switch with making capacity in compliance with IEC 62271-102. “Live Cable” LED Indicators through Capacitor Voltage Dividers mounted on the bushings with suitable contacts for automation purposes. Spring assisted, snap action mechanism Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH Indication Cable boxes suitable for 1R X 3C x 400 sq mm 33kV XLPE Cable with right angle Cable Termination kit (1R x 3C x 240 sq.mm) of touchproof type (to be supplied by RMU manufacturer and commissioned in presence of RMU manufacturer's authorized representative) Both the LBS shall be Electrically+mechanically Interlocked with each other to ensure only One (01) incomer is Switched ON at any point of time. Cable boxes should be Arc Proof and interlocked with respective Earthing Switches. For safety of operator it should not be possible to open the cable box unless the earth Switch is ON. OUTGOING: 01 No. Vacuum circuit Breaker Module Motorized spring charged 33kV, 630A, 25kA/1s, fixed-type VCB with associated series disconnector cum earthing switch of making capacity. VCB shall be capable of ON/OFF operation via mechanically latched push buttons and integrated spring-charging drive/handle to meet frequent operating requirements. The Aux. supply requirement will be 24VDC. Mechanical ON/OFF/EARTH/Spring Charge Indication Flush-Mounted, Numerical based Self-powered, 03-Over Current & 01 Earth Fault Feeder Protection Relay, providing Over Current ( High Set: 20% - 200%), Earth-Fault ( 10% - 80%) with Modbus Protocol. Three Phase Inrush Detection, Three Phase & Residual Current Measurement, Non-Volatile memory for 100 event log, five-fault-record with time-stamp, LCD Display with membrane button interface. Cable boxes suitable for 1R X 3C x 400 sq mm XLPE Cable with suitable Touchproof Cable termination kit (1R x 3C x 240 sq.mm) and “Live Cable” Capacitive LED Indicators above respective cable-box with suitable contacts for future automation purposes. Cable boxes should be Arc Proof and interlocked with respective Earthing Switches. For safety of operator it should not be possible to open the cable box unless the earth Switch is ON.

Others: Robotically welded 2.0 mm thick non-magnetic, non-ferrite SS tank filled with SF6 gas class IP67, leak rate less than 0.1% and design tested for internal arc fault of 25kA/01-second as per latest IEC 62271-200 recommendations. Set of suitable CT with accuracy class 0.5 for metering and class 5P10 for protection for rated current of 100 A at 33KV. The unit shall include 2x12VDC Battery alongwith Charger scheme for aux. power requirement Note: "1). Necessay interclocking arrangement shall be provided for safety and operations. 2). Gas-pressure manometer shall be mounted on gas-tank - 01 no. 3). Space Heater with thermostat control shall be provided inside panel. 4). All switchgear shall confirm to relevant IEC (62271-200) for design, manufacturing and internal arc compliance. 5). Touchproof Termination kits (04 sets suitable for 3C x 240 sq.mm Al. cable) shall be supplied by manufacturer and shall be installed and commissioned in presence of OEM's representative. 6). All Cable Terminations (including HT/LT) shall be under the scope of agency in this item. Nothing extra is payable. 7). 01 no. Bus Metering Panel (Make: Schneider) consisting of Voltage Transformer (for Metering purpose) including 01 no. 3-Ph HT Tri-vector energy meter along with 01 no. Additional check energy meter (Make: Secure, Model: Apex 150, Type: P3E) is already available at site. However, installation & testing those meters including making all connections with the Panel for satisfactory working in all respect shall be the responsibility of the successful bidder. 8). Any other component not specifically mentioned but are required for the safe & reliable operation of panel shall be deemed to be inclusive in the item. Nothing extra on any account shall be paid in this item. 9). 02 Sets of Installation, Operation and Maintenance Manual to be provided along with the Panel."

Dismantling of Existing RMU Panel including disconnecting all terminations and safe transportation upto AAI Store (within a lead of 500 Meters) as per the direction & to the complete satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
