SUB-HEAD 9 -- SITC OF LT PANEL SITC of LT,Cubicle Type,Floor Mounted , totally enclosed, fully compertmentalized electrical control panel suitable for operation at 415 Volt, 50 Hz,as per size, design & drawing to be approved by EIC.The panel board will be fabricated by CPRI approved panel maker as per detail specification below. The general construction of the pannel will conform to IS 8623:93 as ammended uptodate. The Degree of IP protection for the enclosure will be IP-42.It will have multi tier arrangement, having necessary cable alley at both end, with rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with sufficient no. of channels & covered by 2mm thick CRCA sheet with base structure by 75x40x4mm channel. All incoming, outgoing SFUs & Bus Coupler are to be housed in respective compartments with hinged and gasketted doors at the front. All the doors should have pannel lock arrangements in such a fashion that it cannot be unlocked unless the respective feeder remains OFF. The rear of the pannel should have gasketted wire net guard for ventillation and arrangement shall be made for easy access to each compatment by providing rear doors with locking system.

The pannel is to be properly gasketted to prevent the dust and vermin. All vertical and horizontal bus bar chamnbers are to be properly arranged and all electrical switches, busbars are to be fixed by MS nut-bolts on suitable hylam board / non - hygroscopic insulators of adequate size and dimensions. The outgoing feeder connections from respective switches are to be made at the rear side of the pannel by means of bus-bar/multicore copper cables, to be terminated on bolted type terminals for cable connections or bush insulators for bus connection It will be powder coated after seven tank pretreatment process.2 Nos copper strip of size as per IS shall be fixed all around the panel and will be connected to 2 nos copper earth bus bar connected to incoming earth conductor.All tests should be made for the complete panel.The following 415 / 230 Volt Open Execution Type switches with fuses & accessories will be fixed in the panel. ( ALL THE INCOMING AND OUTGOING SWITCHES WILL BE OF L & T/ABB/ SIEMENS MAKE )

S &F 415 V, 160 A TPN SFU (Open Execution) with 3 Nos DIN type HRC Fuse link -- 5 Set (Make- L&T/ABB/Siemens) 2. S &F 415 V, 63 A TPN SFU (Open Execution) with 3 Nos DIN type HRC Fuse link -- 2 Set (Make- L&T/ABB/Siemens) 3. S &F 415 V, 32 A TPN SFU (Open Execution) with 3 Nos DIN type HRC Fuse link -- 1 Set (Make- L&T/ABB/Siemens)

One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

1st coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer

Supplying & Fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit-kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for upto 2- core 16 sqmm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screws etc., earthing terminal with lug, on steel tubular pole near base, including S&F 40x6 mm thick, MS clamps with bolts, nuts etc. including painting with anticorrosive paint

SUB-HEAD 12 -LIGHTNING ARRESTER S & F Lightning conductor Air-terminals made of 15 mm dia 1500 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar (4:2:1)

SUB-HEAD 13 -LED SIGN BOARD Supply, Installation & commissioning of LED sandwich Acrylic letter Sign Board for display mater as per EIC and having following construction details. Construction Details: - S & F White colored Acrylic letter of size as per display matter in Male & Female Part made from best quality imported acrylic sheet and having provision for placing LED light as per requirement for the above display matter. The Letters is to be fixed on 4 mm thick Blue coloured ACP Board (out door quality) fixed on 25ft x 4 ft x4 " + 3ft x 7 ft = 121 sq.ft (approx) frame in all sides. The frame made from 16 SWG square hollow bar duly welded and painted. The ACP board is to be fixed on all side of frame by necessary nut-bolt/ screw etc. as per manufacturing design. The joints of ACP must be done as water proof quality. The complete Sign board is to be fixed on a 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame with 25mm M.S. flat in between the frame. The frame supports on 2 nos. 18’ long 150mm x 75mm iron joist should be installed in ground by C.C muffing in the necy. Nut bolt clamp as reqd. incl. painting including net cement finish. 1mt. joist weight 20 kg 12m x 20 = 240 kg 240 x 70 =16800 + 3400
