Annual maintenance contract with material for following AC units in RMC premises including cost of material and conveyance to work spot etc complete as directed by the departmental authorities. Scope of Work:(1) Carrying out the routine preventive maintenance of the units monthly, i.e., carrying out the evaporator coil cleaning, condenser coil cleaning, cleaning of pre air filters, checking the electrical components and tightening the loose contacts if any found. (2) Lubricating the moving parts to reduce friction. (3) Checking the units for noise and vibration and arresting the same, if required. (4) Suggesting for the modifications,if any required, to improve the performance of the units. (5) Reparing / replacing the worn out parts such as compressor, condenser fan motor, fan blade, oscillating motor, selector switch, thermostats.(6) Inoperative/weak fan capacitor Replace with a new one. (7) Attending the break down calls, whenever called upon.

Providing Pressure testing of entire system with Nitrogen and vaccuming nitrogen for all indoor and outdoor units. The pressure testing shall be done as per OEM recommendation including cost of material and conveyance to work spot etc complete as directed by the departmental authorities.
