Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of Karnataka public procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidder send

The tender document is part and parcel of the agreement

The intending bidders are requested to note that they should abide by the detailed instructions and conditions contained in the Tender documents and further modifications done if any

Corrigendum/modification/corrections, if any, will be published in the Karnataka public procurement portal only

The bidder shall study the Tender document Carefully and quote the rates

All scanned documents uploaded are to be produced in original to the Executive Engineer Contracts to verify the documents within 3 Days after the last date of submission on KPP Portal for verification

The successful bidder shall give an under taking that they would abide by the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act

The Bidder shall quote his rates inclusive all other applicable taxes, levies, duties and cess etc., exclusive of GST, as per prevailing GOI / GOK Norms

The Bidder shall obtain insurance coverage for all the workers deployed for this work

The Consultants shall Pay Transaction Fee of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) inclusive of GST which is Non Refundable, through DD drawn in favour of KSPH & IDCL (Own Fund), Bengaluru & the scan copy of the same to be uploaded at the time of submission of bid documents and it will be considered for technical bid evaluation and the original DD should be submitted to the Executive Engineer (Contracts), KSPH & IDCL, No. 59, Richmond Road, Bangalore - 560 025 on or before the last date of receipt of tender for verification and the non-compliance of the same leads to the rejection of the bid

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Consultant shall have Satisfactorily completed similar nature of works (PMC for Building Construction Works) pertains to State / Central / Defence / Local Bodies / State or Central Govt undertakings / Autonomous bodies / Local or municipal bodies with Govt. Grants. and the total cost of the projects executed in any one year shall not be less than Rs. 746.00 Lakhs during last 5 years 2020-21 to 2024-25

Others -- Work Done certificate issued not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.

Capabilities of Vendor

Registered under any Indian Registration Laws as Proprietorship Firm / Partnership Firm registered under LLP Act,2008 / Indian Partnership Act, 1932 or Company in India as per Indian Companies Act,1956 or Indian Companies Act, 2013.

Registered with KSPH & IDCL

Others -- Valid Registration Certificate issued by KSPH&IDCL

Consultants located / established for the past 5 Years

The consultant shall furnish the CVs of the Technical Team with signatures and also enclose the table showing the Technical Team details like Name, date of appointment, experience, qualification, member for professional bodies, salary drawn, etc.,. The CVs should be attested by notary along with copy of degree certificates (For Details Refer Tender Document Criteria)
