Chipping/Dismantling of existing RCC structures and dead concrete further raising of the existing structure using mechanical equipment and tools with proper care for protecting the existing structure including cost of all labour, cutting of exposed reinforcement rods etc., hire charges of machinery, transportation of debris and dumping in low lying areas with a lead of 1 km, cost of T&P and consumbles, all leads and lifts, incidental charges etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick masonry walls constructed with cement mortar at all heights including stacking of useful materials at specified location and disposal of debris in low lying areas with an extra lead of 1KM including all labour charges, cost of T&P, incidental charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Drilling holes in the existing RCC slabs and walls and fixing of 16mm dia. anchor bolts including labour charges for drilling, anchor bolts fixing etc.,. The rate includes cost of anchor bolts, hire charges of drilling equipment and T&P, handling charges, incidental charges, conveyance charges with all leads and lifts and all taxes etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Earthwork excavation for foundations etc., by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches and basement with excavated suitable material and compacting as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH as directed by the Engineer in Charge, including all labour charges with all leads and lifts and incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Earth work excavation for foundations by manual means and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all operational, incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer - in -Charge.

Laying PCC (1:4:8) using 40mm HBG metal for leveling course in pavement etc., including cost and conveyance all materials such as O.P cement, sand, metal and water etc., all labour charges with all leads and lifts, machine mixing, placing, ramming, curing, incidental charges etc., complete as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Providing High yield strength Deformed(HYSD)/Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/Fe 500) grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills of reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost of reinforcement steel binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 for footings using 20mm & 12mm graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like O.P cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all taxes on all materials including all operational and incidental charges, labour charges for batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, levelling, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, including centering, shuttering etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
