Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. including cutting chases of exsisting wall for wall taking out concealed conduit ec. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc as per existing specification after providing point wiring under respective items here-in-below complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators etc for reuse at site complete all as specified and as directed. Note : To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse

M & L for Point wiring for one light point/fan point/call bell point with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade, ISI marking drawn through non metallic concealed PVC rigid conduit and conduit accessories, medium grade, ISI marking, concealed Frame for fixing switches, sockets, inculding one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable FRLSH grade as in earth wire for continuity and connecting to earth dolly for one light point controlled by one switch complete including making good the disturbed surface by Putty and matching the colour of wall with the existing colour of the wall (wash/paint/distemper) wherever required(as per the existing condition) complete all as specified and directed. Note - (i) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board. (ii) Cutting Chases pinning shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate of Sch A (iii)The cost of modular metal flush box and Modular white Cover Plate with Frame are included in the quoted rate .

M&L for rewinding of exhaust fan,200mm/225mm size any make and any type of model, after taking burnt out old winding wire complete and cleaning the internal slots of motor with ring and rewinding the exhaust fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable SWG Varnishing, baking in oven and reassembling with new bearings (both) and new capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Painting of fan (ceiling fan / exhaust fan/wall mounted fan ) any sweep with applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Ceiling Fan -White Paint and Exhaust fan - Grey Paint ) by spray machine including preparation of old painted surfaces with filling of cavity by filler with and including writting of MES No. of fan in capital letters with black synthetic enamel paint of height not less than 20mm on fan body in approved pattern complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair louver shutter made out GI sheet (Thickness of louver shutter body 1mm ,shutter Fins 0.5 mm fixed with 3 mm GI wire ) for Exhaust fan 150/300mm sweep including proper fixing with screw in wall at existing Hole including taking down old unsv louver shutter complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Down rod 15mm bore medium grade GI pipe including cut in required length and drilled as per existing size including taking down old unsv down rod complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Fan blade for Ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep of white colour including taking down old unsv fan blade complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive repair/maintenance of storage type electric water heater (Geyser ) vertical or horizontal type of capacity 50 Ltrs comprising of the following :- (a) Inspection, taking down , opening or dismantling, de-scaling,brushing and thoroughly cleaning the storage tank up to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (b) checking of all stop cock, pressure release valves, fusible plugs for its serviceability etc. in situ to ensure free movement of the parts including supply and replacing the washers/gasket nut etc. (c) Checking and rectify earth continuity of the Electrical circuits of the Geysers and power point. (d) Checking,and re-fixing thermostat and re-adjust. (e) De-scaling the immersion type heating element and siphon assembly with diluted Hydro chloric acid or clear pedette solution. (f) Checking of indicator lamp for it serviceability . (g) Re-assembling the Geyser, re-install and testing complete. Note : Parts / components of geysers found unserviceable shall be replaced by the contractor. New parts/components required shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item here-in-after as supply only and labour charges required for replacement are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Note 2-Contractor's supervisor and main worker would wear shirt/T-shirt of colour sky blue/brown/yellow preferable embossed with contractor's firm name while carrying out any activities in defence area for better check of security purpose. Note 3:-The tenderer (all eligible contractors) shall ascertain the taxes & levies as on date.
