Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete as all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per Sl item No.1 above but exc 1.5m deep and n.exc 3.0m complete as all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n exc. 1.5m wide and n exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil), n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25 cm thick in soft or loose soil and consolidation complete as all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in floor finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick watered and well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on external surfaces of brik or concrete wall surfaces in cement motar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions and surfaces finished enen and smooth without using extra cement all as secified and directed. Note:- WPC shall be mesarued and paid under relevant items of this BOQ as supply only.

Supply only integral water poofing compound.

M&L for RCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape required including cranling, bending spirally for hooping for column,hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs suchas roof slabs, floor slabsand similar work etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plates, coping, kerbs, water trough and like including rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) precast cement concrete cover slab for tank staging , manhole cover and similar article with plane face, set in cement mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 110mm PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes(or similar holes) each n.exc 0.5cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled Mild steel work as in compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and like including caps bases, splices etc built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates or pipe section including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates etc..(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, wind tie, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, Tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.(Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) Quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith not other wise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frame of any description (without taking off shutter from the frame) area n.exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No 24 above but exc 1.5 sqm and n.exc 4 sqm each

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specficially provided for complete all as specified and directed..

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing and connection including cleaning for re fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fittings complete fixed to wall, ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including demolition of existing RCC tank of any description and removing the debris away from the site and provision of one No 20mm ball brass valve with float ball complete all as specified and directed..

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bricks works with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick wall, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beam, lintels, lintel bands etc. for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite slab (of any type) 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises of MoD complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles of size 450X 350X 7mm thick in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 rough finished to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed..

Rounding edges of stone slabs one edge as in steps,cooking platform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 550x400mm excluding taps, waste chain, waste pipe and plug and proclain stopper but including bracket and one No 15mm bore CP pillar cock complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in replacement sink made of stainless steel 1mm thick for kitchen or laboratory with plugs,waste pipe,washers and waste including cast iron cantilever brackets connecting union etc over all size 495mm x 420mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x160 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC connection 450 mm long, 15mm size with PTMT nuts complete all as specified.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised tranparent or dyed to required shade according IS : 1868/ pattern, with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with CP brass/stainless steel screws @200 mm centre to centre including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operaton of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes cracks with wall care putty and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered & unplastered surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, mould, moss and efflorescent salts, trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer above 1mm thick plaster of paris putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot mould moss and efflorescent salts trading oil and greasy spots, filling holes cracks with wall care putty and applying two coat of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.
