Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in hard soil upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, and disposal up to a lead of 50m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with excavated suitable materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc. required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plain cement concrete of M-15 grade with 40mm size H.G. chips & down graded of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete & ramming in layers not exceeding 0.15m thick watering and curring including cost ,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size C.B.H.G chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering,laying in layers not exeeding 150 mm thick with proper packing & ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope & level including curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour with T& P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonary in clay or sand or gravel grouted in foundation and plinth per 1 cum with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laterite stone masonary in cement mortor (1:6) in foudnation and plinth with laterite stone of approved size and quality from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with ncessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing with cost conveyance, royality and taxes of all materials, labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6)finished smooth in all floors including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete in all floors including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats to exposed plastered surfaces with weather coat paint over a coat of cement primer of approved shade to give an even surface including cost & all labour, T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer in charge .

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials and labour T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
