Addition and alteration work in Terrace of AMRU in the campus of SLBSGMC and H Nerchowk, Distt. Mandi (HP)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, kg railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.37 mm thick linear corrugated Galvanized Steel (GS) sheets conforming to IS:277, with a minimum zinc coating weight of 120 gsm. Sheets shall be secured to the underlying purlins using galvanized iron (GI) J or L hooks, bolts, and nuts of 8 mm diameter, complete with bitumen and GI limpet washers. The item includes all necessary vertical and horizontal overlaps (minimum 150 mm end lap), proper cutting, hoisting, staging, and fixing in position at all heights and levels as per structural drawings and engineering satisfaction. Measurement shall be taken for the flat surface area covered, excluding overlaps including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (Non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point five) in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material with all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Distempering with Oil Bond Distemper (OBD) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (Two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :For fixed portion Anodised aluminium including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade 1 Type 11, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge : Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts 250X16 mm, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS: 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts 200x10 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC10 as per IS:1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles 100 mm, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
