Earth filling in foundation trenches and plinth in layers not exceeding 150mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation foundation trenches within a lead of 50M and lift of 1.5M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing coarse clean local sand in filling in foundation trenches or in plinth including ramming and watering in layer not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads and 1.5M lifts including cost of all materials, labours, royalty and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer Incharge (Mode of measurement compacted volume)

Providing designation 75A brick work in C.M (1: 6) in foundation and plinth with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including providing 10mm thick mortar, joints cost of screening materials raking out joints to 15mm depth , curring , taxes and royalty all complete as per builiding specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 75 B brick work in C.M. (1:6) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 2.5 including, providing 10mm thick mortar joints, cost of screening materials, raking out joints to 15mm depth curing, taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 125 mm thick reinforced designation 75A brick work in CM (1:4) in superstructure with approved quality of clean coarse sand of F.M. 2 to 25 including the cost of screening, carriage of materials, scaffolding , raking out joints to 15mm depth, curing, taxes and royalty (but excluding the cost of reinforcement) all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing designation 100 A brick work with fly ash lime brick (FLAG) confirming to IS 12894-1990 (9"x4.5"x3") in C.M. Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work in chaukhat in doors, windows skylights, fanlights and C/W celetial windows openings, including wedge over all clamps complete including application of two coats of wood preservative of approved quality on the surface butting walls and lintels all completeas per building specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying, fitting and fixing good quality, well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work in roof members as pillers, plates, rafters, purlines. beams and type of beam with cost of nuts and bolts complete with cleats (with wooden check) fitting with screws all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing one coat of wax polishing with mansion, waxpol or equivalent approved quality of wax polish over old or new wooden wooden surface including cleaning the surface after removing dirt,scales grease including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing edge moulding to 18 mm thick marble stone counters, Vanities etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in-Charge.Granite work
