The party need not quote for this item.

The party need not quote for this item.

Hiring of un skilled manpower : Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances<(>,<)> Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- iv) Hiring of Service of un skilled manpower to meet emergent situation & for carrying out any unforeseen/ contingent nature job not covered under above items. This will be purely on call basis as and when required. The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against EPF: Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances,Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- v) Payment gainst deposition of Employee Provident Fund (Employer contribution) . The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against Bonus : Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances,Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- vi) Payment against Bonus. The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against PPE : Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances, Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- xii) 2 nos. of Uniform, 1 Pair of Safety Shoe, 2 Pair of Socks , 1 no of Helmet and PPE's as per the provision under Factories Act 1948 and as per safety norms of BCPL per year upon submission of proof of purchase and distribution @ Rs. 3000/- per Worker per year. The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against Health Check up :Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances, Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- xiii) Health Checkup provisions twice in a year under Factories Act 1948 and as per safety norms of BCPL per year upon submission of proof of documents and reports. The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against Shift Allowances :Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances, Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- xiv) Payment against Shift Allowance for manpower performing duties in A, B & C-shift. The party need not quote for this item.

Payment against PMSBY & PMJJBY : Payment Towards Basic Minimum Wages along with other statutory allowances, Non statutory allowances ,Uniforms and health check up as per Factories act 1948 and BCPL Norms:- xv) Payment against Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) and Pradhan Mntr Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana(PMJJBY) per manpower . The party need not quote for this item.

Facility management: Contractors overhead & profit inclusive of deployment of site incharge ,tools and tackles ,retention of manpower Refer SCC clause 2.4

Supply & App of 1 coat Paint : Painting of lighting poles and other electrical equipments with Berger / Shalimar / Asian enamel paint, in the shades as directed by the EIC including supply of all labour,material and consumables as per specifications of the tender and directions of EIC. i) Supply and application of one coat of light build zinc phosphate primer after making preparation of surface to be painted with the help of wire brush, emery or sand paper.

Supply & App of 2 coat Syn Paint : Painting of lighting poles and other electrical equipments with Berger / Shalimar / Asian enamel paint, in the shades as directed by the EIC including supply of all labour,material and consumables as per specifications of the tender and directions of EIC. ii) Supply and application of two coat of first quality synthetic enamel paint / aluminum paint after making preparation of surface to be painted with the help of wire brush, emery or sand paper.

Disconnection, Dismantling and Lifting of existing submersible pumpset for borewell including all tools and tackles etc as per specifications of the tender and diretions of the EIC .

Lowering, installation and connection of existing/new submersible pumpset for borewell including all tools and tackles etc as per specifications of the tender and diretions of the EIC .(Supply of Pumpset is excluded).

Laying of cables of different voltage grades(1.1KV/6.6KV/33KV) and types of the following external overall diameters in ready tray/trenches/supported over concrete or MS structure/pull through GI/Hume pipes including supply, clamping and fabrication of clamps using GI Saddles/Saddle Bars, dressing/fixing of clamps/cleats/welding of saddles,supply and fixing of aluminium/lead strips number tags and tagging of cables,supply and applying of fireproofing paint to meet OISD requirement( for 1 m length near terminations),including transportation from store/yard to site at the place of installation,unpacking, un-rolling of cables,including all labours and materials,as per approved drawings,specification of this tender and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.In case of of water logging in cable trench, Contractor shall arrange for dewatering of the trench also. i) Cables with OD above 20 mm but upto 30mm

Excavation and backfilling of trenches for cables and earth strip etc. in all types of soil except rock, for a maximum depth of 1.5M, shoring, shuttering and dewatering(if necessary) including consolidation and disposal of surplus earth up to a distance of 100 Metres, including all labour and tools, as per approved drawings, specifications of this tendor and direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Excavated trench dimentions shall be measured).

Supply and spreading of approved fine river sand/stone dust in cable trenches, including all labour and tools, specifications of this tender and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and spreading of approved second class bricks of 75 mm thickness in cable trenches for cable protection including all labour and tools, as per approved drawings, specifications of this tender and directions of Engineers- in- Charge

Providing and laying plain cement concrete for all depths below and up to a plinth level in foundations including tamping, ramming, vibrating, curing, shuttering etc. all as specified in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth as specified and directed, including supply of M-15 grade with 20 mm concrete and down size graded crushed stone aggregates, including all labour and tools, as per approved drawings,specifications of this tender and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

GI PIPE EARTHING STATION:Supply, assembling, installing, testing and commisioning with all the items for constructing GI pipe earthing station.The earthing station comprises of one number B class GI eathing pipe size 40 mm X 5 mm thick(minimum 4.5 mtr. deep) GI funnel with stainless steel hinged door on steel frame(300 X300mm) to cover up the watering pit, minimum 50 Kg salt , minimum 100 kgs of fine charcoal powder , earthing conductor size 25 mm X 3 mm GI flat from pipe to the ground level , required hardware and miscellaneous items.The work involves digging pit on the soil , burying the earth electrode in the mixture of common salt and charcoal, connecting earthing conductor to earthing electrode, backfilling the soil and constructing the watering pit, preapring the earth-pit cahmber , at the site as specified and details as per the direction of EIC

Salt Treatment of Earth pit with Charcoal and Salt and water sloution to achive a desirable resistance value (individual & with grid) including all labour and materials as per specifications of the tender and directions of EIC.Charcoal,Salt and other materials are in the scope of the contractor ,only earth tester shall be provided by BCPL.

Manual Boring of 50 MM diameter for road crossing of 6-10 meter length

Shifting of One Barrel Diesel (1 Barrel = 200 Liter) at a time from Fuel station to the DEG set located at BCPL Township. Diesel will be provided by BCPL
