Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up tofloor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stoneaggregate 20 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab over 0.50 sqm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour fixed glazed windows/ventilators comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes and silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. Fixed window / ventilator made of (small series) frame 47 x 50 mm & mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area upto 0.75 sqm.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Demolishing brick/block work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium/upvc door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge. With float glass panes of 8 mm thickness (weight not less than 20 kg/ sqm) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and Fixing tiles of size 595 x 595 mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanised steel sections (galvanising @ 120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main 'T' runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.33 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced 1200mm centre to centre, and cross "T" of size 24x28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main'T' at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200x600mm and secondary cross 'T' of length 600mm and size 24 x28mm made of 0.33mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be inter locked at middle of the 1200x 600mm panel to from grid of size 600x600mm, resting on periphery walls /partitions on a Perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size(24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick (minimum) sheet with the help of rawl plugs at 450mm centre to centre with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval and laying the tiles in the grid including, cutting/ making opening for services like diffusers, grills,light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc., whereever required, Main 'T' runners to be suspended from ceiling using G.I. slotted cleats of size 25x35x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm G.I. adjustable rods with galvanised steel level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm, spaced at 1200mm centre to centre along main 'T' , bottom exposed with 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyster baked paint, for all heights, as per specifications, drawings and as directed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- Only tiled false ceiling area will be measured from wall to wall. No deduction shall be made for exposed frames/opening (cut outs) having area less than 0.40 sqm. Mineral Fibre ceiling tiles of Meteor or equivalent finish tile Tegular edge laid on grid of colour white as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Supplying and drawing 3x1.5 sq mm of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 5/6 A switch modular switch on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A socket outlet modular switch/ socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 3 Module Modular base & cover plate on existing modular PVC boxes etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, Square panel/Recessed Down Lighter (595x595 mm) directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling of ceiling fan including cleaning of surface with Cotton Cloth and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins refixing the same as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Dismantling of Tube Light/Down Lighter with full precaution taken as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying Installation, testing and commissioning of wall fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and installation of GI fan rod of length up to 2.5 m per fan including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of 20 mm size of medium class PVC Casing-Capping along with accessories in surface as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing 3 Module, PVC box alongwith modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
