Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and from delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.
Providing, fitting , fixing and erection of pipe supports for each pipeline at on interval of 3.00 Mtr. (approx) made of M.S. channel (ISMC 75) 1.50 Mtr. height with angle bracing erected on CC block of size 0.45mX0.30mX0.60m below ground.
Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying of each previous coat.
