Payment made towards providing services for obtaining statutory Tree Cutting Permission / No Objection Certificate from the Greater Chennai Corporation (GCC) for the proposed Subordinate Court Building Complex at V.O.C Nagar, Purasaiwakkam, Chennai. The work shall include detailed site inspection, identification and enumeration of trees falling within the project area, preparation of tree survey statement indicating species, girth and location, preparation of site layout drawings marking tree positions, photographic documentation and preparation of justification report for tree removal as required for statutory approval. The agency shall prepare and submit necessary applications to GCC and any other competent authority, attend site inspections, furnish required undertakings, comply with conditions imposed by authorities, and obtain the official Tree Cutting Permission Order. The work also includes coordination for compliance of compensatory plantation norms, if stipulated by statutory authorities. All statutory / Government fees, if any, shall be borne separately by the Department. The item shall be executed on lump sum basis and payment shall be made after submission of the approved Tree Cutting NOC and acceptance by the Department.

Payment made towards providing consultancy services for carrying out a comprehensive Carbon Footprint Assessment for the proposed Subordinate Court Building Complex at V.O.C Nagar, Purasaiwakkam, Chennai, having a total built-up area of 1,82,906 Sq.m. The work shall include collection of detailed project data such as built-up area, structural system, material quantities, energy consumption projections and operational parameters. The agency shall assess embodied carbon associated with construction materials including concrete, steel and finishing materials, and operational carbon emissions based on projected electrical load, HVAC systems and building services. The study shall quantify total greenhouse gas emissions in terms of CO₂ equivalent using recognized methodologies such as IPCC Guidelines and GHG Protocol. The scope includes preparation of detailed analytical report covering baseline emissions, calculation methodology, mitigation measures, carbon reduction strategies and recommendations for sustainable construction practices. The final deliverables shall include detailed hard and soft copies of the Carbon Footprint Assessment Report along with executive summary and supporting calculation sheets. The item shall be executed on lump sum basis and payment shall be made after submission and acceptance of the final report by the Department.
