AMC for Operation and Maintenance of RO Plant installed at NIOT Campus (year 2025 and 2026)

Amount

Running the R.O. plant to produce 2 Cum of treated water per hour as per the specification and design of the R.O plant by a Qualified R.O plant operator. The rate should be quoted considering that the operator shall attend the NIOT on daily for R.O plant running to require quantity of treated water as per instruction of treated water as per instruction of EICon generall shift basis. Log book to be maintained by the operator as prescribed by the operator as prescribed by the Engineer In-Charge and as to be signed by EIC Revised wages taken from CLW 2024 -Highly skill grade per day. Note:The quoted rate is Inci. of PF & ESI coverage for plant operator.

Rectification of fault functioning of R.O plant system if any, by sending the Technician within 2 hours after intimation from EIC/Operator. The charge is inclusive of 24 compulsory visit (atleast one visit per month and to submit the details of the visit within a weekstime) for monitoring the performance of the R.O plant and the charges does not include any supply of spares and consumables.

Cleaning of R.O Module as required for smooth running of RO plant using existing cleaning system as and when required including supply of cleaning chemicals.

Supplying and changing cartridge of micron filter of R.O plant( Model: 5 Micron 20'' long) after end of its life period.

Supply and installation of membrane of 200 mm dia and 1 m length and of type spirally wound thin film polyamide to be accommodated in 8'' dia pressure tube. Make: Flimtec, Hydranautics

Universal Ph indicator solution (4.0-11.0) with tints of buffer containing 2% of indicator. Make: Merck, Fisher.

Chlorotex Regeant indicator (0.1-1.0 PPM) indicator. Make: Merck, Fisher.
