DEMOLITION OF OLD WORK SHOP BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW G plus 1 WORKSHOP UNDER SPECIAL WORK AT SSPL UNDER GE I RnD DELHI

Amount

1. Consultancy : Construction of New G+1 Workshop and BOQ Under Special Work at SSPL :- Structural Designing of New Workshop Building at SSPL based on the Arch Drgs approved by this department, soil investigation report, given design parameters (Appx'A'), IS 456-2000, NBC 2016 and latest relevant IS code using STAAD PRO software . Preparation and submission of structural drawing on AUTO CAD of building, footing and foundation plans.Section, sub base structural details of frame constructions, structural details ( plan, sections and reinforcement details of plinth beams, columns, lintel beams, roof beams floor /roof slabs typical details of structural members, detail drawings for expansion/contraction joints if required as per codal provision). Submission of 08 set of drawing (hard copy) duly vetted complete with tracing and soft copy (ref. Para 6). 2. Preparation of BOQ, and yardstick based on SSR 2020. 3. Details of structure is as under (i) New Workshop Building at SSPL (G+1)

Note:- 1. The consultant shall submit the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned above. (a) Input data file, STAAD file, design input file - soft copy along with excel sheets, if used. (b) Design philosophy and list of code sand BIS publications followed. (c) Design folder (Hard and Soft Copy) duly vetted with all the loading calculations in detail. 2. The rate are inclusive of all site/office visits by the consultant in order to finalise drawings/design. 3. Vetting of structural design from IIT/NIT is required to be done for the project and is included in the above quoted rate. 4. The rate are inclusive of pre-vetting of design by the department and regular vetting of drawing by IIT/NIT till finalisation of drawings by the department. 5. Period of completion should be 45 days after placing of job order. 6. Sch of all drgs/prints:- (a) Preliminary drg - 01 set for checking however, set of prints are reqd till all corrections are incorporated). (b) Advance copy for users/GE office/CE office - 03 sets for comments before taking out final prints. (c) Final set - (i) 01 set of tracing for signture. (ii) 08 Sets of white prints after signature along with scanned copy of the signed drgs (Pdf formate) (d) Amendment drg - same nos as above if any.
