M&L for cleaning and racking out sealing compound from the existing Expansion joint of any length, 20 mm to 30 mm wide and 40mm to 45mm deep by appropriate hand tools (Chisel & hammer (or) "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel and hammer and grinding or other tools without damaging the edges and side of the joints and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per manufacturers instructions, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joints, provision of 25 to 35 mm thick de-bonding strip at bottom of joints and sealed the joints with pitch free gray polyurethane sealent confirming to BS - 5215 (type- FB) minimum depth of sealent above de-bonding strip shall be 10-15mm) and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and racking out sealing compound from the existing dummy joint of any length, 8 mm to 10 mm wide and 25mm to 31mm deep by appropriate hand tools (Chisel & hammer (or) "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel and hammer and grinding or other tools without damaging the edges and side of the joints and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per manufacturers instructions, provision of 10 to 12 mm thick de-bonding strip at bottom of joints and sealed the joints with pitch free gray polyurethane sealent confirming to BS - 5215 (type- FB) minimum depth of sealent above de-bonding strip shall be 10- 15mm) and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning and racking out sealing compound from the existing construction joint of any length, 12 mm to 18 mm wide and 25mm to 31mm deep by appropriate hand tools (Chisel & hammer (or) "L" hook including removing the existing sealing compound from the edges with knife or any other means such as chisel and hammer and grinding or other tools without damaging the edges and side of the joints and removing the loose particles using wire brush and hot compressed air and priming the sides and making the surface bitumen free as per manufacturers instructions, applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joints, provision of 15 to 20 mm thick de-bonding strip at bottom of joints and sealed the joints with pitch free gray polyurethane sealent confirming to BS - 5215 (type- FB) minimum depth of sealent above de-bonding strip shall be 10- 15mm) and applying masking tap on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealent and removing the masking tape after sealent is applied complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting existing loose patches/spalled edges, widening of existing cracks of concrete pavement in true geometrical shapes to average depth of 20 mm to 25 mm using diamond cutters operated with gen sets, cleaning the surface dry and free from dust/dirt with air compressor in order to achieve proper bond between elastomeric concrete and cement concrete surface and applying polyurethane based elastomeric concrete over a coat of approved primer as per manufacturer's instructions including supply and fixing masking tape on pavement surface to prevent accidental spillage of elastomeric concrete and removing the masking tape and cleaning the area of application after the application is over complete all as specified and directed. Note :- No claim shall be made by contractor for above Sr Item No 1 to 4 for Site availability as per User's /site requirement and stoppage of work due to any aircraft coming and stoppage of work in a day. The rates shall be deemed to be included in the respective items.
