Providing and fixing 198mm thick Gypsteel ULTRA® stud partition of Saint Gobain Gyproc India or equivalent make with frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive), including two layer of tapered edge 12.5mm thick Gyproc® Fireline Board (conforming to IS 2095 Part 1 : 2011 ) or equivalent screw fixed with Drywall Screws of 25mm & 35mm at maximum of 300mm at Centre and 150mm at periphery of wall to either side of 146 mm Gypsteel ULTRA® or equivalent C-stud (0.5mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI Steel ) placed at 610 mm Centre to Centre in 148 mm Gypsteel ULTRA® or equivalent floor (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel) & deep ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of 50mm made of GI steel), which are anchored to the floor & true ceiling using HILTI or equivalent anchor fasteners at 600mm c/c in zigzag manner. Stud and floor channel are crimped together with crimping tool. 12.5mm thick Gyproc® or equivalent Fireline board strip of 148mm width is placed between ceiling channel and ceiling slab to improve fire performance of the system. A Gypsteel ULTRA® or equivalent floor channel of 148mm width (0.5mm thick having two flanges of 50 mm each) has to be provided at the horizontal joints of outer layer boards screw fixed to the studs using metal to metal flat head screws. The boards are to be fixed vertically to the framework with joints staggered to avoid leakage through joints. 25x25x0.5mm Gyproc® or equivalent angle bead should be used at all L-Junctions of partition. Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Gyproc® Pro-Fill or equivalent Jointing compound, Joint Paper tapeand two coats of Drywall Top Coat as per recommended practices of Saint- Gobain Gyproc India or equivalent manufacturers. The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex or equivalent fire and acoustic sealant. All other detailing and specifications to be followed as per approved shop drawing .The quoted rate to include the cost of making opening for doors and cut outs for switch boards etc and providing noggin channel as per company specifications.

Providing and fixing removable raised/false access flooring with system and its components of approved make for different plenum height withpossible height adjustment upto 50 mm, comprising of modular loadbearing floor panels supported on G.I. rectangular stinger frame workand G.I. Pedestal etc. all complete, as per the architectural drawings,as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge consisting of: (a) Providing at required spacing to form modular framework, pedestalsmade out of GI tube of thickness minimum 2 mm and 25 mm outerdiameter, fully welded on to the G.I. Base plate of size 100mm x 100mmx 3mm at the bottom of the pedestal tube, G.I. pedestal head of size75mmx75mmx3.5 mm welded with GI fully threaded stud 16mm outerdiameter with two GI Check nuts screwed on the stud for level adjustment upto 50mm, locking and stabilizing the pedestal head in position at therequired level. The pedestals shall be fixed to the subfloor (base) throughbase plate using epoxy based adhesive of approved make or the machinescrew with rawl plug. Access Floor panel shall be steel welded construction withan enclosed bottom pan with uniform pattern of 64 hemispherical cones.The top and bottom plates of Steel Gauges: top 0.6 mm and bottom 0.7mm fused spot welded together (minimum 64 welds in each dome and20 welds along each flange). The panel should be Corroresist epoxycoated for lifetime rust protection and cavity formed by the top andbottom plate is filled with Pyrogrip noncombustible Portland cementitiouscore mixed with lightweight foaming compound. The access floor shallbe factory finished with Anti-static High Pressure laminate with NonWarp technology upto 1mm thickness for superior adhesion and Surfaceflatness within 0.75mm.The panel is to withstand a Concentrated Loadof 363 kgs applied on area 25mm x 25mm without collapse in the centreof the panel which is placed on four steel blocks. The panel will withstandand Uniformly Distributed Load (UDL) minimum 1250 kg/sqm and animpact load of 50kg all complete as per the approved manufacturersspecification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and fixing wall lining with Gyptone Quattro 41 of Saint Gobain Gyproc India/Armstrong or equivalent with frame work made of special section power pressed/ roll form G.I. sheet with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm(both side inclusive) which includes 12.5mm tapered edge Gyptone Quattro 41 Perforated Board or equivalent screw fixed with drywall screws of 25mm at 300mm centres to one side of 70mm Gypsteel Ultra/Equivalent stud (0.5mm thick having one flange of 34mm and another flange of 36mm made of GI steel ) placed at 600 mm centre to centre in 72mm Gypsteel Ultra/Equivalent floor and ceiling channel (0.5mm thick have equal flanges of 32mm made of GI steel ), which is anchored to the floor & true ceiling using suitable anchor fasteners. The stud will be braced to existing wall by cutting and bending floor channel to give support to studs. Also at every 2400mm board joint (as board size is 1200 x 2400mm ) there has to be noging channel of 70mm width (0.50mm thick having two flanges of 40mm each) at horizontal joints of boards screws fixed to the studs using Gyproc(R)/Equivalent metal to metal flat head screw.This is finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with jointing compound, joint paper tape and two coats of Drywall Top Coat (as per recommended practices of (Saint-Gobain Gyproc India). 50mm glass wool of density 24kg/m3 placed in air gap.The junction of the partition with masonry & all penetration through the partition has to be treated with Hilti/Pyroplex/Equivalent fire and acoustic sealant. All other detailing and specifications to be followed as per approved shop drawing .The quoted rate to include the cost of making openings with cut outs for switch boards etc and providing noggin channel as per company specifications. Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparentor dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
