Labour charges for lifting of 20000/15000/10000/7500/5000/2500 GPH capacity water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor sets in/c column pipes assembly by heavy duty chain pully block as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Labour charges for fitting fixing & lowering of 20000/15000/10000/7500/5000/2500 GPH capacity water lubricated vertical submersible pump with motor sets in/c column pipes assembly by heavy duty chain pully block as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing MS bolts including nuts and washers complete as per standard design:- i) Upto 300 mm length

Providing and fitting fixing rubber insertion 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing GI bend/ elbow in the pipeline including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. Reducer with the pipe line including testing of joints complete as per CPWD specification and direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of 2(two) tire safety arrangement comprising of 150 mm x 270 mm long safety clamp set (100 mm x 10 mm) of bottom suitable fitting with submersible motor(100 mm x 270 mm) long MS safety clamp set (100mm x 10mm)thick at top suitable for fitting fixing with 100 mm GI column pipe and both the clamp set welded with 2(two) no. 16 mm dia 2.25 mm long for steel in/c cost of MS nut bolts and correct painting etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of 2(two) tire safety arrangement comprising of 150 mm x 270 mm long safety clamp set (100 mm x 10 mm) of bottom suitable fitting with submersible motor(80 mm x 270mm) long MS safety clamp set (100mm x 10mm)thick at top suitable for fitting fixing with 80 mm GI column pipe and both the clamp set welded with 2(two) no. 16 mm dia 2.25 mm long for steel in/c cost of MS nut bolts and correct painting etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fitting fixing of 2(two) tire safety arrangement comprising of 125 mm x 270 mm long safety clamp set (100 mm x 10 mm) of bottom suitable fitting with submersible motor(80 mm x 270mm) long MS safety clamp set (100mm x 10mm)thick at top suitable for fitting fixing with 80 mm GI column pipe and both the clamp set welded with 2(two) no. 16 mm dia 2.25 mm long for steel in/c cost of MS nut bolts and correct painting etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fabrication of column pipe including fitting fixing of G.I. flange by cutting the GI pipe ( conforming to IS : 1239 medium class ) into 3.05 mtr. long and welding the same with GI flange as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge ( G.I. pipe will be provided by the agency at his own cost & risk).

i) For 65 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

ii) For 80 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange

iii) For 100 mm dia G.I. pipe with 10 mm thick GI flange
