Moorum/ approved red earth filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering

Hardcore of guage n. exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) cement concrete in foundation fillings and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6, complete all as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring.

M&L for 38mm wide aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, inserted in position, conform to design

M&L for mild steel work in tubular trusses,rafters and purlins, posts and bracings etc including MS plates, special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240/SHS confirming to IS 4923

M&L stairs (framed) including stringers, treades, landing, balusters, hand rails etc. including cleats, brackets, etc. complete Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A for stair at shed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on steel surface including preparation of new steel surface width or girth exc 10cm all as specified and directed.

S&F of MS screw bolts (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with two washers and one hexagonal or square nut n exc 5cm long having dia of neck exc 15mm.

M&L for rendering 8mm thick in CM 1:4 over 12mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & fair without using extra cement.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

S&f framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; including fastening, bolting arrangement and fixing complete confirming to Fe 410 W (Gde E 250 quality A)

Material and labour for RCC M30 design mix as per IS-456 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in raft foundation/ pile cap/ pedestal/ plinth beam complete all as specified

Providing TMT/CRS bars in reinforcement 10mm dia and over including cut to length , bend to required shape , cranking/hooking ends if necessary and binding with 0.9mm dia MS wire annealed or welding so as to secure the bar firmly in position/required shape complete for pile/ pilecap.

All as per item No.22 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders

Use & waste of Form work to sides of concrete foundation footing base of raft, pile cap, pedestal, Plinth beam and similar work in flat surface

Boring for under reamed piles of 500 mm dia to a depth of 2 metre from GL through any type of soil/ strata including disposal of spoil to a distance of n.exc 50m

All as per item No.25 above but extra for additional depth over and above 2.00 meters upto 23 metre deep from GL. Note:For item No.25 & 26, The rate include for:- (a) Levelling the ground in position where piles are to be provided (b) Marking the position of pile by pegs and boring guide including necessary equipment/ plant and complete accessories for piling and removing the same after piling is completed. Nothing extra shall be paid for mobilisation of equipment separately. (c) Under reaming upto 2 1/2 times the dia of bore hole

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete of grade M30 design mix as per IS - 456 with minimum cement content of 400 kg/Cum as in cast in situ bored pile of any length/ any sections complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted include for:- (i) Non-Destructive Integrity test on all the working piles shall be carried out as per IS: 2911, Part- 4. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the above testing also. (ii) To ensure building up of pile to required level with good concrete, piles has to be build up initially about 100cm more than what is required and this has to be cut off to remove all laitance layer of concrete on top. This additional length shall not be measured for the purpose of payment.

Testing of Piles (Initial Load test ) all as per IS for the 500mm dia cast in situe under reamed piles including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Conducting standared penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for under reamed piles

Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500m dia under reamed pile (Routine load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft & loose soil.

Supply only 4mm dia MS Galvanised coated chain link mesh, size of grid 50x50mm or as directed.

Fixing only chain link mesh including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire.

M&L mild steel as in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching, for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc, and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel oil fired incinerator having minimum 100 kg/hr burning capacity horizontal/vertical type comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber, designed on "controlled air" incineration principle and provided with not less than 115 mm thick refractory and insulation bricks conforming to IS 8-1994 and IS 2042-2006 to sustain minimum temperature of 1000 Degree centigrade in the primary chamber and 1200 Degree centigrade in secondary chamber, one fully automatic jet type burner for each chamber, chamber made of mild steel plate of adequate thickness (minimum 5mm thick), Auto-Loading mechanism with respect to burning capacity, 30m high chimney, exhaust system, high pressure venturi Scrubber, PLC based user friendly control panel with interface, droplet separator, Fuel tank, Sterile ash removal access etc., including all other accessories and piping, equipments and civil works required for installation of incinerator chimney complete all as specified under PS clause No.19. Note: The rate quoted for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following : (i) Provn of all accessories , testing and commissioning as per CPCB norms as mentioned in particular specifications clause 19 to 30 complete of tender documents. (ii) The successful bidder shall obtain approval for installation & operation of incinerator from CPCB, for complying with latest CPCB emission norms

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays ,foundation as specified.

M/L for MS framed work for fabricated into required shape and angle as directed including nuts, bolts and washer and application of two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as directed conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165.

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core

Supply, lay, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core

Supply, spreading and levelling sand in layers n exc. 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as required etc complete all as specified and direcetd at site. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured.

Material and labour for burnt bricks subclass B laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed. Note: Brick for cable protection shall be laid in such a way that the length of bricks shall be perpendicular to the axis of cable.

Supply and fix Stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions and fixed of 25 mm dia complete all as specified

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks single layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I of 500 ltr capacity

Supply and fix 25 mm dia ball valves brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified

Supply and fix 25 mm dia gate valves brass high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete all as specified

Cutting existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (Each cut measured) for 25/32 mm dia pipe

M&L for 2mm thick CRCA Black sheet for mounting on framed brackets as base for rotational tanks and application of two coats of epoxy paint over a coat of epoxy primer all as directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete for stays ,foundation as specified.

Comprehensive maintenance of the oil fired incinerator and all connected equipments incl replacement of necessary spares as and when required, sourced from OEM incl repairs/ replacement of defective and unserviceable parts during contract period, attending to breakdown as and when intimated incl necessary periodical safety checking and testing as mentioned in relevant code of practices/ IE for the safe and efficient performance of complete equipments (First year after defect liability period) Note: The comprehensive maintenance applies to all parts installed by the OEM and as defined in item No 35 of BOQ above and relevent paras in PS clause 19 to 31.
