All as per item No.25 above but extra for additional depth over and above 2.00 meters upto 23 metre deep from GL. Note:For item No.25 & 26, The rate include for:- (a) Levelling the ground in position where piles are to be provided (b) Marking the position of pile by pegs and boring guide including necessary equipment/ plant and complete accessories for piling and removing the same after piling is completed. Nothing extra shall be paid for mobilisation of equipment separately. (c) Under reaming upto 2 1/2 times the dia of bore hole
Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete of grade M30 design mix as per IS - 456 with minimum cement content of 400 kg/Cum as in cast in situ bored pile of any length/ any sections complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted include for:- (i) Non-Destructive Integrity test on all the working piles shall be carried out as per IS: 2911, Part- 4. The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the above testing also. (ii) To ensure building up of pile to required level with good concrete, piles has to be build up initially about 100cm more than what is required and this has to be cut off to remove all laitance layer of concrete on top. This additional length shall not be measured for the purpose of payment.
Testing of Piles (Initial Load test ) all as per IS for the 500mm dia cast in situe under reamed piles including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.
Conducting standared penetration test all as per IS-2131 at levels and locations as directed for under reamed piles
Providing testing equipment & load and testing of 500m dia under reamed pile (Routine load test) all as per IS including removing the testing equipments from site after testing is completed all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, install, testing and commissioning of Diesel oil fired incinerator having minimum 100 kg/hr burning capacity horizontal/vertical type comprising of primary chamber, secondary chamber, designed on "controlled air" incineration principle and provided with not less than 115 mm thick refractory and insulation bricks conforming to IS 8-1994 and IS 2042-2006 to sustain minimum temperature of 1000 Degree centigrade in the primary chamber and 1200 Degree centigrade in secondary chamber, one fully automatic jet type burner for each chamber, chamber made of mild steel plate of adequate thickness (minimum 5mm thick), Auto-Loading mechanism with respect to burning capacity, 30m high chimney, exhaust system, high pressure venturi Scrubber, PLC based user friendly control panel with interface, droplet separator, Fuel tank, Sterile ash removal access etc., including all other accessories and piping, equipments and civil works required for installation of incinerator chimney complete all as specified under PS clause No.19. Note: The rate quoted for this item shall deemed to be inclusive of the following : (i) Provn of all accessories , testing and commissioning as per CPCB norms as mentioned in particular specifications clause 19 to 30 complete of tender documents. (ii) The successful bidder shall obtain approval for installation & operation of incinerator from CPCB, for complying with latest CPCB emission norms
