Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in- Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass angle valve for basin mixer and geyser points of approved quality conforming to IS: 893115 mm nominal bore

Providing and fixing SS grating of approved quality and colour. Rectangular type with openable lid150 mm nominal size square 100 mm diameter of the inner hinged grating.

Dismantling of Sanitary Fittings like EWC/Urinal/Indian Closet, wash basin along with Pillar Taps, Connection Hose, Flexible Pipe, Angle Cock, Health Faucet, Etc. complete of a Single Toilet including stacking material within 50 metre lead.

Providing and fixing premium 1 piece white vitreous china pedestal type water closet (European type) with seat and lid with soft close, 10 litre low level white vitreous china flushing cistern & C.P. flush bend with fittings & C.I. brackets, flush bend, overflow arrangement with specials of standard make and mosquito proof coupling complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: W.C. pan with ISI marked white soft close solid plastic seat and lid.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with epoxy joint filler with pigment of matching shade complete in min 2mm spacer gap provided.

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.15 mm nominal bore

Supplying and fixing CP Towel Rack 45cm length including cost of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of site Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Premium quality CP rectangular shaped Soap Dish with concealed fittings arrangements complete.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood ) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead:Of area 3 sq. metres and below

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc.

Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminnium snap beading for glazing /paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge.(Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately): For fixed portionPowder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron)

Supply and erection of Airport type 3 seater waiting chair with powder coated chromium finish having minimum dimensions 1675mm length X 710mm width X 775mm total height and 400mm seat height . Seat: High quality cold rolled 1.2mm thick steel perforated sheet pressed and welded to form the shape. Arm & Leg: High quality 1.2mm thick MS Tube / Sheet . Cross bar: High quality cold rolled 2mm thick steel sheet pressed and welded to form the shape.

Curtains with heading tape allow you to hang the curtain directly on the curtain rod using the rod pocket or tabs. Includes supply and fixing of Curtain Rod and Accessories.

Supply and fixing Step Nosing Aluminium with PVC Insert with min 50mm width For Existing Floors fixed to Protects stair edges from damages. Fixing with necessary synthetic additive or screw as required.

Removing of Existing Coir Mat and cleaning the surface neatly using wire brush/ cleaning chemicals etc. and stacking of material upto 50m lead.

Providing and fixing Coir Runner carpet of min 6mm thick to be gum fixed with synthetic rubber adhesive. Mat shall be of the required pattern and colour approved by the engineer in charge.
