Note for Item No. 1.00 to 8.00 : (i) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less than minimum fair wages including EPF, ESI all taxes and cess as applicable on bid submission end date as circulated / published by competent authority .If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost item Nos 1 to 8 i.e 49,64,576.00 the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid (cover No 2). (ii) The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost i.e Rs. 49,64,576.00 and amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item Nos 1 to 8. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work. If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to with hold the said amount which will be verified by GE. The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withheld shall be final and binding. The withheld amount will be utilised by GE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected. The contractor shall submit 03 Nos of BGBs/FDRs of equal amount as mentioned above. The BGBs/FDRs validity shall be for 04 months, 08 month & 12 months respectively for the purpose of encashment release as the case may be. (iii) Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue. The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment. The contractor is bound to disburse / credit salary of workman to their account between 1st to 7th of every month. (iv) The contractor can claim refund for EPF (Employees Provident Fund) amount deposited by him for eligible employees towards prevailing rates of EPF as specified by the Govt. of India. The contractor shall submit all documents and records to satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and Garrison Engineer in support of his claim of refund.

(v) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable. (vi) Passes will be processed after verification of certificate, Passes shall not be granted without submission of qualification proof & experience certificate for lift operator. In case of OEM, the qualification shall be verified by the Engineer-in-Charge before the issue of passes. (vii) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person as Operators. (viii) Lift operators report at lift cell as per the shift timings specified in the tender and he will report to Lift Supervisor. In case of emergency he will function according to their directions. Absent from duty is not permissible being E/M Services are of Essential nature. If he is found absent from duty he will be treated as absent for the said shift and recovery to this effect for Rs 1500/- per shift shall be affected. (ix) Payment as per quoted rate shall also be deducted in addition to the penalty as specified above. (x) In case of malfunctioning if any noticed, lift operator shall intimate to the concerned JE and Engineer in charge. (xi) In case of any necessity for rescue operation or in emergency situations, lift operator shall be capable of rescuing the passengers and reacting to the situation (in emergency situations) Rescue operator engaged for rescue operation shall immediately attend the complaint failing which penalty as per PS Clause 28 shall be levied. (xii) Contractor shall submit the labour license as applicable as per latest laws/acts & Copy of GST Regn registered number issued by concerned authority. (xiii) Insurance coverage, compensation if any applicable or necessitated due to mis operation of lift shall be the responsibility of contractor. The quantum of compensation shall be assessed based on the BOO composing of Lift Inspector of Gujarat State, representatives of both agencies carrying out M&O works and routine maintenance work of lift and members from department.

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Junior Sailor's marrried Accn, Nausena Bagh, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + eight floors i.e total nine landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: Nausena Bagh : Building No. P-135 to P-139 Capacity of 08 Passengers lifts - 05 Nos (Total Qty 05 Nos x 11 months = 55 per months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Junior Sailor's marrried Accn, Nausena Bagh, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + eight floors i.e total nine landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: Nausena Bagh : Building No. P-135 to P-139 Capacity of 13 Passengers lifts - 05 Nos (Total Qty 05 Nos x 11 months = 55 per months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Officers married Accn, NOFRA, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + six floors i.e total seven landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: NOFRA : Building No. P-120 to P-122 Capacity of 08 Passengers lifts - 03 Nos (Total Qty 03 Nos x 11 months = 33 per months)

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger lifts installed at Officers married Accn, NOFRA, lifts in reliable safe and eficient operating condition by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + six floors i.e total seven landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed for the following lifts: NOFRA : Block No. P-120 to P-122 Capacity of 13 Passengers lifts - 03 Nos (Total Qty 03 Nos x 11 months = 33 per months)

Notes for item No. 9 to 12 :- (i) The contract includes repair, replacement of machines, motors, generators, ropes, inverter/ ARD system, controller parts, PCBs, rollers, gears, bearings, solenoids, coils, chock break shoes, liners, contactors, relays, push bottons, coils, door operator VVF drive, VVVF main drive, car door, safety device limit switches, emergency alram system with hooter, magnetic switches,magnets,door motor,door drive,encoder,car door safety device, Infrared screen, governors, interlock on hoistway doors, gear oil,travelling cable, indicators, LED Down lights, LED display boards and minor mechanical spare parts. The cost of materials is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor except item No. 13.00 to 17.00. (ii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lifts by regularly and systematically examining adjusting lubricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the lifts. (iii) Contractor will prominently display his contact / mobile number inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency. (viii) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge. (iv) The contractor will detail one technician staff to inspect the lift regularty regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Technician should always carry service tools during site visit. (v) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not visit the site for attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty as per PS Clause 21 shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deducted from his dues. (vi) Cleaning of Lifts regularly with cleaning solutions and freshners is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (vii) Contractor will provide prober uniform and safety shoes to employee,cost of the same deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of cabin fan non oscilliating type axial/cross flow, single speed 300 mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grillall as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Three Phase Over Voltage Protector Input supply 415 VAC , 45-65 Hz, Output 20 KVA, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- Nuteck Power Solution Model No: O-3-20 or equivalent model of make.

Supply and fixing lift belt suitable for 08 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :-As per sample approved by GE.

Supply and fixing lift belt suitable for 13 passenger lift in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make :-As per sample approved by GE.

Dismantling of unserviceable false ceiling and supply and fix new false ceiling made of stainless steel hair line finish 1.2 mm thick and fixed with necessery nuts , bolts etc including making provisions & fixing of cabin fan and six watt LED fittings at four corners for 8(PS) and 13(PS) lifts of any make all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

General Note:- Spare parts / Equipment replacement for all items under subject tender contractor will submit Guarantee / Warranty for appropriate period.
