Upgradation of Steam Line & Steam Distribution Header • Dismantling of existing steam pipe line Approx 60 mtr long. DN- 200 mm. from super heater to steam distribution header including all elbows, flanges, gate valves, NRV, orifice, supporting structures etc. of WIL Boiler No- 01 & 02. Dismantled scraps to be kept in scrap yards by contractor in direction of Chief Engineer. • Supply, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing of new steam pipe line DN-250 mm. Approx. Length- 72 mtrs long. from super heater to steam distribution header with including all elbows, flanges, gate valves, NRV, orifice, supporting structures and spring support etc. of WIL Boiler No-01 & 02. As per IBR norms. All the formalities to be done from the Boiler Director (Uttrakhand) in vendor scope. All the connectivity of new steam lines and existing line of steam distribution header need to done in vender scope • Dismantling of existing steam distribution Header Approx. -7.00 mtr long. DN- 400 mm. including all flanges, gate valves, supporting structures etc. of WIL Boiler No-01 & 02. Dismantled scraps to be kept in scrap yards by contractor in direction of Chief Engineer. • Supply, fabrication, installation, commissioning and testing of new steam distribution Header DN-500 mm. Approx. Length- 7.50 mtrs long. of WIL Boiler No-01 & 02. As per IBR norms. All the formalities to be done from the boiler Director (Uttrakhand) in vendor scope. Note- All materials should be supply as per given annexure (technical specifications.) and along with IBR Test Certificate.
