Amount

Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, August, 2004 and clause 16.2 of General Conditions for Contract to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of material useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. The recovery of useful stone that is 8627.02 cum. ( Seventy nine hundred forty five and point five five only Cubic Metre) in all cases, @ Rupees 170/= only (Rupees one hundred seventy only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro rata basis. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Clearing and Grubbing Road LandClearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.By Mechanical means including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded by motor grader and approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Backfilling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings & technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Construction of Joints in Cement Concrete SlabCutting of joint in Cement Concrete slab (panelled slab) by joint cutting machine 1/4 to 1/3 depth of concrete slab as per MORD 2014 Clause no. 1501.8 (Unsealed Joint) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Filling in Foundation Trenches as per Drawing & TechnicalSpecification including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 (I. R.C.C grade M 20) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106. (c) 900 mm dia) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. M-10 nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand: six graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in substructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5 (II. R.C.C grade M 20) including hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Mixing &Spraying : Take 1 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 1 liter per sqm on compacted stone base. Preparing and applying of Tack Coat with Nanotechnology water soluble organo silane nanotechnology (for bitumen emulsion application, IRC approved) with cationic bitumen emulsion CRS1 and water (<1000 ppm TDS) in the ratio of 1.4 kg organo silane nanotechnology :100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion CSS1 : 200 liter water . Mixing &Spraying : Take 1.4 kg of organo silane nanotechnology and add in 200 liter water while filling water in tanker/drum and then add 100 kg cationic bitumen emulsion under circulation. Mix the solution completely. Spray the solution @ 0.375 liter per sqm on compacted stone base.
