Tiles Flooring and Panting of VC Office

Providing and laying vitrified flower tiles in 600mm x 600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all coolers and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.

Two coat distempering with Ist Quality Acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) Content less then 50gm/Ltr. of approved brand and Manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever requested to achieve even shade and colour on old work.

Panting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work.

Dismantling old plaster, Floor or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surfaces for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with in 50mts lead.

Dismantling Roofing (Asbestos cement sheet) including Ridgs,Hips,Valluis and Gutters etc. And Stacking the Material as a Direction of Engeear In-charge.

Providing and fixing fibres cement reinforced by organic fibbers and or inorganic synthetic fibbers roofing accessories (Ridge finials) in all colours with polymer coated J or L Huks, bolts and Nuts and or G.I seam bolts and Nuts G.I. and bitumen washers or with self drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement bassed putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer over tha plastered wall surface to prepare the surfave even an smooth complete.
