M&L for removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphosphate solution (4 % concentration) @ 20 ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30 mm. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25 ml glyphosphate (4% conc) diluted with 1 ltr of water. The size of bldg shall be of vary in of each floor and vary in number of floors. All roots of plants shall be removed completely and making good the disturbed surface and painted with cement base or acrylic paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab including parapet comprising with the following course of treatment/specifications from bottom to top:- (a) Applying bituminous primer @ 100 gm per Sqm over plastered surfaces of roof including parapet surfaces. (b) One layer of APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufacturer, 3mm thick, weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester fabric or weight not less than 150 gms per Sqm including 10mm thin rendering in CM 1:4 finished the surface fair & even mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions (WPC shall be measured & paied separately). Note:- (i) Laying of APP based polymeric membrane shall be done over a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 Grade @1.20 kg/sqm after priming surfaces using bitumous emulsion (tack coat) @ 0.30 lit/sqm. Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in drains or manhole covers of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Factory made precast light duty drain/manhole covers with MS frame and reinforcement complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of storm water drains by removing mud, grass etc and sweeping the sides and bottom of drains in foul condition complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; wall ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work con-forming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing untreated steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel (ordinary tint) paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chromium primer complete all as specified and directed.
