All as per item No 01 here-in-before but exc 1.50m and n exc 3.00m in depth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought up to courses, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.9 above but except stone. Note:- Old stones obtained from item No.10 shall be reused under this item.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge n.exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound on new surface complete all as specified. (Water proofing compound shll be measure and paid separatelly) complete all as specified and as directed.

(Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 08 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia.

M&L for Jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick, 25 cm to 35 cm wide, hoisted and set, jointed and grouted in cement mortar 1:3 complete as in manhole cover and soak pit complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of Manhole of any description, any size and depth incl taking out sludge and depositing them to notified area by Municipal Corp of Jodhpur for dumping or out side defence land omplete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of existing sewage pipe lines 150mm/200mm internal dia at any depth and well flushing with water after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes deposited in sewer lines removing the solids and sludge to any distance place outside the defence land and reinstating the manhole cover to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.51 above but 100mm internal dia

Dewatering/desludging of septic tanks, soakage wells etc of any depth, cleaning of all sludge, silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by manual labour or by mechanical scrappers etc and disposal off the same out side the defence area notified by Municipal Corporation of Jodhpur all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage line of any type of 100/150/200 mm internal dia between two cosecutive manhole by Mechanically used water fitting Hydraulic pressure machine jet press as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge as on required basis. Job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in Charge and testing by pouring water from manhole to manhole complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of WCs bathroom etc by applying of the following specifiaction:-(i) Cleaning of sunken floor surface with mechanical means i.e wire brush/air blower etc and remove all loose/unsound material dirt dust etc. (ii)Applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compund coating Hydroproof Xtra of FOSROC /Equivalent of Dr Fixit of Pidilite industries Ltd in the ratio 1:2:4 (one part of acrylic polymer : two part of water and four partof cement) (iiii) First layer of cement slurry @0.444 kg /sqm mixed with acrylic based modified cementious composite compund @0.222 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @0.222 kg /sqm mixed with acrylic based dified cementious composite compound @0.111 litre/sqm and allow it to air dry for 4 hour followed with water curing for 48 hours (v) 200 micron thick polytgen film shall be pasted with help of adhesive over treatment . Note:- Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be prperly sealed with sealing compund . Testing of all traps and joints and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement conrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded broken bricks aggregate ) as in foundation and mass concrete complet all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation of newely plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats white wash all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor,hearth or wall tiling including cement motrar bedding cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforcement ) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

M & L 40 mm thick plain cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( with 20mm graded aggregate) as in floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in sub base of floor all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in sub base to received tiles in floors .

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and incl 15mm thick cement screed 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Glazed ceramic tiles coloured in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thk, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation under paver blocks

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size rubber moulded confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade With grey cement and pigments.

M&L for preparationof old surfaces (plastered or unplastered) of walls including removing/scrapping down existing surface where ever necessary and applying one coat (finish coat) of oil bound distemper (OBD) white or approved tinted including removing existing nails, if any and filling the disturbed /uneven surface, holes/voids with wall care putty to achieve the smooth surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removal of old treatment by mechanical means from walls and applying one coat of primer, 1 mm wall putty & sanding on plastered surfaces prepatatory to distempering and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted by pump roller applicator as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based material of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L forwashing rubbing down including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying one coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint on walls all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation, removing/scrapping down existing surface of old painted brick, stone, concrete, asbestos plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat (finished coat) of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade/tint incl applying one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
