ADDITION ALTERATION TO CADET LINKS AND GALLERIES AND MAIN ENTRANCE IN SOUTHERN PLAZA OF NALANDA AND PROVISION OF GUARD RAILS AT VARIOUS OPEN CORRIDORS ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF NAVJIVANI AT INA EZHIMALA

Demolition of cement Concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris and deposited at any place inside INA as directed by Engineer-in-Charge with out any addtional cost to the Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out hard/desne soil and removal of surplus soil from the site and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as direcetd.

Material & labour for Plain cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B- 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in floors surface fininshed even and fair without using extra cement including use and waste of form work / screed strips and to divide the area in panels etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Hardcore with broken stone and boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks of PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 20mm graded aggregate, exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces including preparation of newly plastered surfaces on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Structural steel tubes conforming to I. S.1161 - 2014 grade YSt.-240 or hollow Steel Sections for Structural use conforming to IS 4923- 2017 grade YSt 240 as in trusses, purlins, rafters, posts etc including cleats complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Plates (Plain or Corrugated) channels,square cut or notched (ordinary or counter sunk) forming holes with out any attachment conforming to FE-410 - W(grade E-250) quality 'A' all as specified and as directed .

Supply & fix of Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa grade AZ 150 as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of Apcolite Rust Sheild PU enamel paint over two coats of True care yellow metal primer of Asian paints or equivalent in Berger, Nerolac Paint Ltd as approved as per manufacturers instructions complete all a specified and as directed.

Supply & fix for stainless steel anchor 8mmx100mm long fasteners with hexagonal or square heads etc including necessary drilling and fixing as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix Aluminium dividing strips, 1.5mm thick, 75 mm wide inserted in position, conform to design in cement concrete floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, landings aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demoltion of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1, (using 20mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in sub floors, pavings complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour Granite stone slab 20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and joints filled with epoxy resin based grout to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. (Joints filling work measured and paid separately)

All as per srl item No.19 here in before but except granite stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Granite stone obtained from dismantling vide srl item no.16 for reuse shall be used.

Material & labour filling joints in granite flooring minimum 2 to 3 mm width with two-component epoxy resin based grout of approved make and shade, mixing resin and hardener in the recommended proportion including removing, cleaning and cutting of existing joints to obtain minimum width and pouring/applying the mixture into joints, finishing flush with granite surface and cleaning excess material complete as per manufacturer’s specifications and direction.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs on edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and as directed.

Material &labour Grinding & polishing (Mirror finish) to existing stone topping (Granite) of any description at floors or in wall surfaces with electric grinding machine & hand grinding machine minimum 4 to 6 cut (1st cut 60/80 grit, 2nd cut 120/150 grit, 3rd cut 220/300 grit, 4th cut polish 800/1000 grit, 5th & 6th cut polish 1500/3000 grit to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for Toughned glass 12 mm thick as in hinged doors, partitions automatic doors and similar work including cutting to shape, drilling holes required etc complete all as specified and as directed.
