M & L for cleaning and desilting of RCC over head tank (50000 Gallon Capacity) any depth by pumping out /removing liquid waste/sewage with, removing silt, sludge etc, sprinking bleaching powder on the silt to avoid bad smell including all precautionary and safety measures, such as safety belts, lighting arrangements, face mask etc and removing the same (silt, sludge & other waste material) in leak proof trucks covered with tarpoline to outside of MD land all as per existing rules and regulations of civil authorities and flushing the tank with fresh water etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Cleaning and desiliting of RCC over head tank shall be carried in stages as under :- Stage-I :- Dewatering the tank with portable submerssible pump set flowable of 30000 Ltrs/Hrs. Stage-II :- Desilting and removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a special sludge removal pump. Stage-III :- Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet with the help of German equipments which creates pressure of 80-120 bar. Stage-IV :- Removal of remianing sludge from the floor with the help of high pressured industrial vacuum cleaner. Stage-V :- Spraying of bio degradable, eco friendly antibactirial agent certified by NTC a government approved lab to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens. The doze utilized for safe as per the OECD Guidelines 423 adopted is as on 17 Dec 2001. Stage-VI :-Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill to further suspended or floating bacteria, write cleaning of tanks date with black enemel paint on white background. Stage-VII :- Removal of remianing sludge from the floor with the help of high pressured industrial vacuum cleaner. (b) All necessary equipment of machinery, T & P, transportation etc shall be arranged by contractor and quoted rate shall be deemed to included of the same.

Note :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for requisite T&P, equipments, transportation etc.

M & L for lowering down of submersible pump set of any capacity alongwith connected items such as column pipes & submersible cable (length approx 170 mtr) re-connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to include for requisite T&P, equipments, transportation etc.

M & L for rewinding of 40 HP submersible pumps motor, electric driven 415 Volt, 50 Hz, 3 phase AC supply with PVC insulated, Super enamelled Copper winding wire of suitable/existing gauge, ISI marked, including all insulated material such as adhesive, insulating paper steeves, tape etc. and connected works for rewinding & including assembling and reassembling the motor complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rates shall be deemed to include dismantling, removal of old winding wire, cleaning of slots and reassembling complete. Make of winding wire :- Finolex, Havells and Polycab.
