Dismentaling and removing 2.5 cm thick grading concrete from roof slab cleaning the surface lowering and removing the debries within 50 meters lead.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm size black hard crusher broken black hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per the drawing and technical specification etc.and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly ash brick work in CM (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in superstructure having crushing strength not less than 75Kg./Cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc. complete including cost conveyance and royalty of all materials with all taxes and all labour with T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

4 cm. thick grading concrete (1:2:4) on roof slab with 12mm. & down grade size hard granite chips for old work.

12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster in Cement mortar (1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints of brick work with watering curing and cost conveyance, Royalty, Cess taxes of all materials all labour T&P etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
