GSB 200 mm thick (compacted) with stone aggregate conforming to grading No. V as per Table- 400-1 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works) including supply of material, spreading in layers watering and compaction all complete

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per Table-400-13 and satisfying the physical reqmt as per Table No. 400-12 of MORT&H specifications for WMM specifications to a thickness of 150 mm, including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (Pug Mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compacting with power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including guarding.

Providing laying and compaction of 60 mm thick Dense Bituminous Macadam layer with bitumen VG-10 including surface preparation and using crushed aggregates of specified grading, physical requirements /grading/ mix composition requirement as per table 500-8/9/10 respectively of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (fifth revision), premixed with bitumen binder with minimum 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler or as per approved job mix formula, using Hot mix Plant and transporting to work site, layer with paver finisher with sensor control to required grade, level alignment, compacting with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 505 of MoRT&H specifications for road and bridge works (fifty revision) complete in all respect.

Providing laying and Compaction of 40 MM thick Bituminous Concrete on dense bituminous macadam layer with pre-coated stone chips physical requirement / grading / mix composition confirming to table 500-16/17/18 of MoRT&H Specification (Fifth revision) premixed with bitumen binder VG-10 with minimum 5.4% by weight total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) or as per approved job mix formula, using Hot Mix Plant and transporting to work site laying with paver finisher with senor control to required grade, level, alignment, compacting with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoRT&H Specification for road and bridge works (Vth revision) complete in all respect

Providing and applying primer coat on prepared WMM surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying bitumen emulsion (SS-1 grade) @ 7.50 Kg/10 Sqm using bitumen pressure distributor conforming to MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fifth revision) and as specified in particular specification.

Providing and applying of tack coat on prepared Bituminous surface including cleaning of road surface and spraying bitumen emulsion (RS-1 grade) @ 2.50 Kg/10 Sqm using bitumen pressure distributor conforming to MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Fifth revision) and as specified in particular specification..
