Compehensive annual maintenance/servicing/repairing/Descaling of Steam Boiler 400 KG/Hrs with Spares and will be submitted to the Engr-in-Charge before commencement of work at Laundry Plant of make Thermax and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (i) Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid seperatly as per actual as listed in Sch-A Section -III for each machine (ii) Preventive maintenance including any minor welding works (iii) Overhauling Guidance(iv) Breakdown visits if any (v) Descaling Maintenance (vi) In case contractor fails to attend complaint within 3 working days Rs 2000 shall be recovered per day of delayed period.(vii) A service report for job carried out will be prepared by your service engineer which will be authenticated by our maintenance incharge. (viii) Make support available to engineer for helping as skilled / unskilled labours / helpers, general tools, lifting arrangements, heating / cutting etc will be provided by contractor without any extra cost (ix) The cost of descaling chemical is deemed to inlcluded in quoted rate.

Compehensive Annual Maintenance / Servicing / repairing/Descaling of Effluent Treatment Plant through AMC for once in two month interval with following conditions :- Note :- (i) Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid seperatly as per actual as listed in Sch-A Section -IV (ii) Preventive maintenance (iii) Overhauling Guidance

Sch-A Section -IV The following chemicals are supplied by the contractor for dosing and cleaning of Effuluent Treatement Plant (ETP) in daily basis :-

(i) Lime (Calcium Hydroxide)

(ii) Alum (Sodium Aluminium Sulphate)

(iii) Poly (Poly Electrolyte)

(iv) Hypo (Sodium Hypo Chloride)

(v) Concentrate Penyl

The following chemicals are supplied by the contractor for dosing and cleaning of Reverse Osmosis Plant (RO) in daily basis at ETP :-

(i) Antiscalant Liquid

(ii) Hydro chloric acid

(iii) Micron Sediment Filter 20" x 4" of size

(iv) Carbon 1100 Silver ID

(v) Multi grade media filter (Stone gravels)

M & L for replacement of Membarane for 2000 LPH RO Plant (2 Nos of 1000 LPH Membarane) complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Fixing in repairs RO centrifugal pump installed at ETP capacity of 2.0 Hp complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make : Crompton / Kirloskar

Supply and Fixing in repairs Blower Motor installed at ETP capacity of 1.0 Hp complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Make : Crompton / Kirloskar

M &L for servicing of high pressure 2000 LPH RO (4-18) pump installed at ETP complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M& L for replacement of Fully automatic water level controller and indicator and down tank sensor complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M& L for rewinding of motor pump installed at ETP capacity of 0.5 HP to 1.5 HP complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L preparing paint on iron surfaces of two Nos of Steel Static Tank/MS pipes/Any other machinary of any capacity, removing the old paint, rust, chemical by scratching with wire brush / emery paper etc, after tank dried and apply two coat paint complete all as sepcified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for maintenance / servicing / repairing of air compressor with motor capacity 02 HP (02 Nos ) by discoonecting spare parts oiling ,greasing ,descaling of connected items including replacement of minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers ,unsv valves,belts etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of startar suitable for air compressor with motor capacity 02 HP (02 Nos ) etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Note:- Items catered in Section-II , III & IV are provisional and will be executed as per site requirement and as decided by Board of Officers and no claim shall be admissible by the contractor on this account
