M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1 : 1/2 :2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layers with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete including taking down existing plaster etc complete all as specified and directed.

Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls, chajja projection and facia and similar work finished even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement plaster of any description on brick work or stone msonary wall including racking of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex) after preparation of newly plastered/concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (Apex) after complete removal of existing treatment including preparation of old plastered/concrete surfaces on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection/path laid in panels, finish the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paints over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with cut and mitred beads in squares n. exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore dia CI waste and vent spun pipes, in any length with or without ears, with cement joints fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia CI bend with oval access door (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm bore dia CI branch pieces, single (equal or unequal), ordinary or inverted (spigot or socket type) or with parallel branches complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 100mm dia CI cowl complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth in soft/loose soil for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pierholes, etc and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing excavated material (Soils) to a distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations or mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and surface drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in landings, drain cover, cover slabs (for manholes etc), shelves and similar articles with plain faces including necessary form work, set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately)

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for column, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in bed with thickness of bed below the barrel of pipe as 150mm and width of bed as 600mm to drain pipes of 300mm internal dia including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes 300mm bore dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed.
