Earth work in excavation by manual means in tranches for foundation, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5m in width) and for shafts, wells, cess pits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5m, including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposal earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in All kinds of soils.

Providing and laying in position cement conc. Of sepcified grade excluding cost of Centering & Shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand: 8 graded crused stone aggregate 40mm nominal size.

Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 Coarse sand).

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level (by manual means)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand)

Cement conc. flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded crushed stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. complete (50mm thick with 20mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate)

Providing & fixing of 1mm thick M.S. Steel door with frame of 40X40X6mm angle iron & 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions & corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S angle 30X6 mm of diagonal braces

White washing with lime to give an even shade. Old work (Three or more coats)

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade old work one or more coats applied @ 2.20Kg/10Sqm over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80litrs/10Sqm complete including cost of priming coat (Old work).

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give and even shade. New steel work (Two or more coats)

Surface dressing of the ground incl. removing vegestation and in-equalities not exceeding 15cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50mtr and lift upto 1.5m in all kind of soil.

Dismentling doors, windows and clerestory windows 9Steel of wood) shutter including chokhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area of 3sq. Metres and below

Fixing Chowkhats in existing opening including embeding chowkhats in floors of walls cutting masnory for holdfasts embedding holdfasts in cement concrete blocks of size 15x10x10cm with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) painting two coats of approved wood preservative to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors as required complete including disposal rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead door chowkhats

Demolshing brick work manually by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs leads in cement mortar

Repairs of plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shade raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand)

Repair iron gate lumsum.

Electrification of pump room, Dugwell Chowkidar quarter including wiring and cutting of chase and repair work including fixing of electric bulb and switches etc. complete i.e twelve numbers light points and two numbers external led light (flood light).

Carriage of materials from nearest source to site of work including loading/unloading and stacking complete in all terrains a) Sand 10Km (Ten Km) from nearest source to site of work by M.T.

b) Stone agg. below 40mm nominal size 10Km (Ten Km) from nearest source to site of work by M.T.

c) Stone agg. 40mm nominal size & above 10Km (Ten Km) from nearest source to site of work by M.T.

f) Stones 500mtr (Five hundred mtr) from nearest source to site of work by H.L.
