(A) Class Room Class rooms: Providing supplying and placing Dual Desk. The overall dimensions of desk will be W 1200mm x D 945mm x H 760/452mm complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in- charge having the following specifications: - Side frame structure: Made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25mm x 50mm x 1.2mm thick CRCA tube 830mm length. Seat and back side frame structure also made of prime quality CRCA pressed form section 165mm x 25mm x 1mm thick welded to 25.4mm diameter x1.6mm thick ERW -1 pipe. All 8 nos. horizontal supports are 25mm x 25mm x 1.2mm thick shall be CRCA tube. Rectangular tube 50 x 25 x 1.2mm thick should be closed with CRCA welded Sheet both sides and the back pipe dia. 25.4 x 1.6mm thick should be closed with metal process with end sealing machine (Back side) and other side (Under the seat) PPCP cap complete as per drawing. Front panel cum tray shall be made of prime quality 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet of H 150mm x W 1012mm x D 250mm to 300mm with middle partition and side stiffeners of MS CRCA tube size 19mmx19mmx1mm thick. One vertical support (partition) of square tube size 25mm square x 1.2mm thick must be provided at Centre of tray and Front Face must be embossed as per drawing. Additional front panel prime quality 0.8mm thick CRCA sheet of size H 150mm x W 1012mm X D 21mm with square perforation. CRCA Tube of size 19 x 19 x 1 mm thick to be inserted for full length at bottom of Jali as shown in Drg. Desktop, seat and back shall be made of IS: 303, 18mm thick plywood of MR grade having AA types of surfaces of OSL (one side 0.6mm thick lamination and one side balancing) and three edges must be sealed with 2mm thick PVC edge banding tape with hot melt glue standard ‘D4499 Jowatherm -280’ on through feed edge banding machine. Edge band must be trimmed on edges and corner, Sizes are below: - 1. Seat W 1200mm X D 260mm. 2. Desktop W 1008mm x D 338mm 3. Back W 1200mm x D150 mm 4. One long edge of Desk top, seat & back shall be post formed with round edge. Desktop must be fitted with M6 sunken bolt 3 nos. size M6 x35mm length Zinc plated from Top side, maximum distance 40mm from desktop edge and 3 nos. MS Zinc plated screw self-tapping size dia. 4mm x 38mm length again from Bottom side. Seat and back each must be fitted with 6 nos. MS screw Zinc plated self-tapping size dia. 4mm x 38mm length from Bottom side. Hooks made of MS wire dia. 5mm and size W 23mm, D 32mm and H80mm must be provided on inner side of vertical pressed formed steel section on both sides. (i). All Pipes shall be of ERW-1, IS: 3074-2005/ IS: 4923 and CRCA sheet, IS -513 CR-2 Designation- Grade D). (ii). All MS. CRCA parts must be MIG, TIG or spot welded as per technical requirement. All steel components must be powder coated process should be conveyored continues flow to oven and temperature control in oven with thermostatic system. The thickness of desk should be minimum 50 microns dry film thickness(DFT) after 8 tank pretreatment process flow using Hankel make chemical i.e. Degreasing (1st tank),Water rinsing (2nd tank), Derusting (3rd tank),Water rising(4th Tank), Activation (5th Tank), Phosphating (6th Tank),Water Rinsing (7th Tank), Passivation (8th Tank)and dipping should be PLC control line through mechanical transporter The parameter temperature should be displayed at every tank. PPCP virgin material Shoes of approved quality must be providing in the bottom of frame - 4 nos.

Construction of the unit shall be Rigid Knock down construction. Panels of the unit shall be 0.8mm Thick. Front frame shall be 0.8mm Thick CRCA Steel duly powder coated 50microns (+/-10). Each unit shall have 5 Retractable display Metal Trays fixed at an angle for easy viewing. Tray shall be Receding type to access the storage behind the tray. Retractable feature of each Tray is achieved through Sliding on plastic rollers. Uniformly Distributed Load Capacity per each shelf is 40Kg maximum. (D) Faculty Rooms Faculty Room: Providing and fixing cabins made of 50x50 mm size aluminium @ 600mm spacing in both directions of standard section and 6 mm thick HPL boards of desired shade, design & pattern on both sides of aluminium section i/c labour etc. all complete as per approved design.

Faculty Room: Providing & Placing Office table of 1500mm (W) x 750mm (D) x 750 (H) of approved shade and colour having main table of size as mentioned below, made up of combination of 25 mm thick & 18mm thick Plywood laminated with 1mm thick laminate conforming to IS: 303 Exterior Grade with PVC edge banding. Faculty Room: Providing, supplying and placing Wall Mounted Storage Units with Metal Body and Wooden Shutters. Storage Cabinets to be of complete modular design Consisting of Cabinet Frame, Wooden shutters, shelves and plastic recess handles. Cabinet frame to be of 0.6mm +/- 0.07mm CRCA MS sheet as per IS-513 with Horizontal Stiffners made from 1.2mm +/- 0.09mm thick CRCA as per IS-513. Wooden Shutters are made from 18mm+/-0.5mm thick interior grade Plywood as per IS-12823. All the edges of the door are duly sealed with 2mm thick PVC Edge Banding. (E) Cubicles / Workstation Cubical Workstation: Providing & Supplying of work surface of 6x5 feet with 24 mm post-form thickness, cubical size of 6x5feet with 54mm panel based having height of 1200mm system with double raceway along with three drawer pedestal unit of PLPB of sizes ( 400mm x 450mm x 680mm ). The top rail of Aluminum are powder coated (50 micron) and floor levelers are attached to made cubical stable. Metal keyboard are fitted & CPU Trolley are provided along with this.

Cubical Workstation : Providing and placing in position of storage as per photograph. Storage size :- L-900mm x D-450mm x H-600mm and storage unit top shall be made from 25 mm thick Ply board with 1mm laminare paste on it. and rest of the sides 18mm thick Ply board & shelves and shutter to be made up of 18 mm thick ply board with1mm laminate. Back will be 9mm thick laminated ply board. All edges to be provided with 2 mm thick PVC lipping. Each unit to have open able shutters with locking provision S.S handle of good quality. The product should be BIFMA compliant. Complete as per image, specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.

Cubical Workstation Providing and placing Almirah of Size: 1980 x 915 x 485 mm Tol ±2mm. Body is made of CRCA Steel conforming to IS:513 Gr. D in welded construction of back, sides, front door, shutters, top, legs bottom, hinges, handle, lock etc. The sheet thickness for the back & the shelves is 1.0mm while that of the sides & top and front of 1.2mm with strong length base side pegs of at least same thickness. Each unit shall have 5 loading compartments formed by 4 nos. adjustable shelves. Shelves having UDL of 60 kg. The body including shelves are given antirust surface treatment & powder coated with epoxy polyester powder thickness of 50-60 microns with impact resistance of 100Kg -cm and scratch resistance of 2.5H . It involves 8 steps treatment consisting of Hot water rinse, Knock of degreasing, degreasing, Cold water rinse, phosphating, cold water rinse, passivation & dry off oven treatment. Final finish consists of epoxy polyester powder coating of approved color & shade of Thickness of minimum 50 microns. The material is then oven baked with at controlled temperature of 180 deg. C to 200 deg. C. The product should be from company which has membership of BIFMA certification. Complete as per image, specifications and direction of Engineer in charge.
