Non-Vegetarian: a) Butter Chicken, b) Meat Roganjosh, c) Fish Masala 5. Salad: a) Green Salad, b) Russian Salad, 6. Achar + Papad 7. Raita- Two Types (Please see Annexure-A) 8. Roti – Three Types (Please see Annexure-A) 9. Sweet-dish: a) Ice-Cream (Chocolate, Vanilla & Strawberry flavors) b) Jalebi with Rabri/hot Gulab jamun 10. Package water in Bottle 200 ML or decided by committee as per GOI guidelines 11. Continental Dish: (a) Idli and Vada with Sambar (b) Dosa with Sambar & Coconut Chutney 12. The crockery to be provided is of Porcelain/Bone China Other Services: A. In Annapurna Mess 1. 03 Buffet Counter (2+1*) in both the wings of Mess. * 02 counters for veg and 01 for non-veg. 2. Standing Tables for lunch (Steel) Qty.- (10+10) in both the wings. B. Lecture Hall Complex (LHC) 1. Heavy Curtains in LHC (Area approx. 120*8 feet) to block the open areas. 2. 02 Buffet Counters (1+1). 3. Round Tables with chairs with white cover (10-15). 4. Tower Air Conditioners (2-2.5 Ton) (Qty. 8). 5. Genset (63KVA) for continuous power supply. C. The Entry gates of Mess and LHC to be decorated aesthetically. (Qty: 1300 may be increased in the final order)

FINANCIAL BID (Price Per Plate for Food Only):- Pricing per plate separately for food is also exclusive of the tent service in case of additional attendees beyond what is stated in the tender(above 1300).
