Labour Part

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Fixing foundation bolts in position in correct line and levels for one support structure by using the templates and taking back the templates after setting etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers at site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level: Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe - 500D or more.

DOWEL BARS - Supplying and providing MS dowel bars of size 16mm dia of 2m long ( 1m in rock and 1m in concrete) including drilling holes of 20mm dia to a depth of 1m in rock and filling the gap with cement grout (0.10kg/each) etc. complete

Conveying of pre cast RCC slabs of various size manually from stacking place to laying place upto 100m lead etc. complete and laying carefully in position without damaging the edges of slabs as well as cable trench side wall as per direction of Engineer in charge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Uncoiling and laying of 132kV ,1x630Sqmm aluminium conductor UG cable in trench thorugh cable tray including fixing of cable using single cable cleat (non magnetic , non metalic flame retardent ) as per IEC 61914 including drilling of holes on the already provided tray including to and fro transportation from store to site within a radius of 25Kms.

Uncoiling and laying of 132kV ,1x1000Sqmm copper conductor( Segmental Milliken) UG cable in trench thorugh cable tray including fixing of cable using single cable cleat (non magnetic , non metalic flame retardent ) as per IEC61914 including drilling of holes on the already provided tray including to and fro transportation from store to site within a radius of 25Kms.

Doing outdoor end termination(using dry type outdoor termination kit) of 132kV ,1x630Sqmm aluminium conductor UG cable cable and labour charges for assisting, mounting the cable to the cable supporting structure and giving connection with earth etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers including Erection of mounting / supporting structure for 132kV Cable end termination including erection & terminal connections of 110kV LA, fixing cable using suitable clamp fixtures (non magnetic , non metalic flame retardent ) as per IEC61914, connecting earth leads etc. complete as per specification (110kV LA shall be supplied by KSEB)

Doing outdoor end termination(using dry type outdoor termination kit) of 132kV, 1x1000Sqmm copper conductor( Segmental Miliken) UG cable cable and labour charges for assisting, mounting the cable to the cable supporting structure and giving connection with earth etc. complete as per the direction of departmental officers including Erection of mounting / supporting structure for 132kV Cable end termination including erection & terminal connections of 110kV LA, fixing cable using suitable clamp fixtures (non magnetic , non metalic flame retardent ) as per IEC61914, connecting earth leads etc. complete as per specification(110kV LA shall be supplied by KSEB)
